no they're not. in competitive battling, pokemon are divided into tiers. there's about 20 or so pokemon that are considered uber, and are in their own tier, such as arceus and kyogre. they're not cheap, if you're in the right battle.

Yes, you can TheSadTroll almost every dark or ghost Pokemon can learn sucker punch oh and either you have to train it to make it learn sucker punch or us the TM sucker punch. Oh guys I have a lot of free extremely rare and I mean RARE Pokemon like ,Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Palkia, Dialga, Frosslas, Salemence, 2 Milotics, one boy Feebas, Weavil, 2 Girantinas, Electrive, Magmortar, Magmar,Bedrill, and 5 Riolu Pokemon, Seviper, Blaziken, Grovoyle, Swampert, and 3 Lucarios, oh and all the legends.

Gengar's speed isn't THAT amazing.

A lot of Pokemon outrun it naturally.

Even with 31 Speed IVs, 252 Speed EVs, and a +Speed Nature Gengar will have 350 Speed.

i think gengar may just be the best pokemon it gets INSANELY high speed and SP.att and its got a big enough variety of moves to take out all his weaknesses in 1 hit the only pokemon that can rival gengar is mewtwo and even then u got a good chance of winnin

well a top alakzam has 405 spec. attack that's the highes non uber spec sweeper (with porygon-z) in the whole game i dont think gengar will survive any psycho trick from that guy
