I chipmunkified it. I speak normally but slowly into the microphone and then change the speed and pitch. My other short entitled For Becky has my normal voice in it if you'd like to make a comparison. But in all honesty I probably could get my voice high pitched like that. I like to practice voice imitations in my spare time. :D
