One guy is warning the other that this dude looks really threatening and that he shouldn't mess around with him. While the guy he's telling this to is saying back things like "I'm not afraid of that big black guy" " I can kick his ass" "if fact he better not mess around with me" It's about two knuckle-heads on the street just talking a lot of meaningless shit and killing time.
