McHale decision to trade away OJ Mayo for Kevin Love, will end up being the final straw before he is out of Minny. He had his GM/president title taken away from him when he was named head coach and will be removed as head coach since the team, i dont believe can show significant improvement. I do feel for Minny, they need to restart the rebuilding project but this time, it needs to be done in the front office. Unfortunately the team is owned by a moron in Glen Taylor, so i dont see any hope
