3- i even woke up at night to read because i couldn't wait for the next chapter. i could say that to make me woke up at night for reading is rare so.. jean sasson did a very good work !! i also liked the history she mentionned because now, i can watch news and understand better what is said about afghanistan, pakistan etc... this is good to know what happend in the past to understand the present.

2- sometimes funny moments when omar as a child with his brothers and sometimes very sad and terrifying moments later. This is a message of Peace and introducing the whole family ben laden seems like we are a part of them in this book we’re reading. i just finished to read the book and it's very VERY interesting one, the best book i read this year. this is a real good and intelligent testimony of how life is in saudi arabia for women and reported nicely by najwa ben laden. for once, religion and especially islam isn't blame and that's a good thing. this is just describing how life is and that's cool, there are no political content in it or proselytism, just testimony of a hard life but still very interesting to know.

Omar...I have held you in such high regard and I am reading your book and finding it very interesting. But I just heard today that you are criticising the U.S.A. for the way your father was killed. He was attempting to grab one of two rifles behind the door as he shouted and quickly used one of his wives as a shield. You really think those soldiers would have lived had they walked in unarmed and asking for his surrender?! Your father chose a destructive and violent path. He died the same way.

I commend your bravery in writing the book. I read it and could not put ir down until I had read it all. It is an incredible story that shows the courage and tenacity to survive his life under the misguided father. I hope his stance for peace will catch on in the Middle East. This religion is turning out to be public-enemy number one throughout the world,unfortunately. From what I hear , they will not be satisfied until they rule the world. Scary.

I had little curiosity about Omar Bin Laden until I listened to his words. Although English is clearly his second language, you can tell by the way he talks that he is a very kind person. I will be buying this book and see for myself the private life of this very intriguing family. GOOD LUCK OMAR BIN LADEN! I know you life has been tough!
