he is doing a drop set which means that he drop down the weight everytime he cant push another rep .. like this

200lbs as many reps as possible then 150lbs as many reps as possible.

i read that stallone did 500reps per arm (biceps) do you think that he had 100lbs dumbell all the time? .. no he had to drop down the weight!

@audiforumblog you can tell immediately when someone is making fun of sly lifting only three plates and have no idea what breakdowns or drop downs are for a body builder or someone who works out or has lifted weights to be an athlete or stay in good physical condition. I find it hilarious. It is like watching someone aim a rifle and pull the trigger and you hear a click and no gun firing sound. They say dumbass forgot to load gun. But, just practicing their aim and trigger pull. Amazing....
