@MsColdCanada Many of counterfeit products "industry" sponsor drug dealing, prostitution, child labor and criminal organizations. So it is better to think twince when you are buying something you know is fake.

I don't have the money to travel the world and products in Canada are monitored pretty good particularly since I don't live in a large city and I don't purchase expensive brands. I do get what you mean though. Just because it isn't as directly harmful doesn't mean no harm is done.

Ebay will kick you off if you try and file a complaint against counterfeiters, because Ebay employees have direct financial relationships with the counterfeiters. This is organized crime, and Ebay is involved.
