@ParkourAndAnim3 that bike is classified as a cross country (XC) bike. they are generally hardtail bikes (dont have suspension on the rear wheel). You can get a decent XC bike with 29in wheels (so much more fluid over obstacles than a 26in wheel bike) for $600.

Beautiful XC singletrack and technical riding. I'm guessing the haters who didn't like it have probably never been on a mountain bike before - because even the freeriders and DH guys give props to XC riders and recognize the skill and endurance it takes (nothing like watching DH riders walk a bike up a hill that XC riders climb).
