It's "Comic Bakery". Was orignally composed by Martin Galway for the Commodore 64 game of the same name. Has been remixed many times since then.

It's a remake of an amiga cracktro sound back in the 90s. Maybe from fairlight / defjam don't remember.

Search Amiga cracktros sites and you'll be amazed if you like chip music. I listen them in my car :-)
