Unfortunately the structure of BIG BLOOP has changed this year. The high spring flows and ice pack has carved out the grave island on river left of Bloop and more than likely filled the hole just below Big Bloop with gravel and rock making it's recirculation a lot less. Hopefully any high flows this year and next will clean it out again.

i hit the 'Big Bloop' a couple of weeks ago...the supposed trail was an overgrown cow pasture with grass growing 5ft high. after passing it, lol, I crawled out on the highway and walked all the way to Bean Park to get my truck. It was a fun little adventure but I wished it was a bit more 'extreme'
