in the poof that I downloaded there is a flip switch like in the regular settings tab and there is no hide button and i deosn't work, i am confused

I have an app show in poof 4 times, but the thing is I've deleted that app! ahnd its still showing in poof 4 times....

for all you people asking how to change the black spring board or get this app you have to jailbreak your Itouch or Iphone and to change the spring board go to installer and find customize and for this app find poof
