I really liked the movie when I saw it, the concept was amazing I think, or at least how they handled it. How he tried to convince people that he was saying things that "weren't". But the end kind of disappointed me a little bit, because he does kinda profit off a whole series of lies :P His wealth, his riches, his life, his girlfriend, everything came forth out of lies, and to me, that feels a little bit like a sour story message.
Shocker... The Christian movie reviews don't like it... It seems the only movies they liked were the Passion of the Christ and Narnia...
Though, I do have to admit that Ricky Jervais is an actor I like so I might try and watch it. I don't like movies all that much, so I don't tend to watch any.
I loved that movie. Especially the part where he goes to pick up his date for the first time and knocks on the door and also into the date as well. Funny stuff. I saw it about a month ago I guess.
Hey buddy, You have a specimen in formaldehyde on your shelf. You happen to live in an are that is a few hundred miles from a triple plate boundary which has produced historical earthquakes surpassing 8 magnitude. I think it would be prudent to secure that jar rather than chance it breaking in an earthquake that will definitely occur...
@Politicimo Yeah! Hopefully the reactor has planned for the event. But to the unaided eye I can see the jar and from my A&P experiences in college have full understanding of the stench of that noxious liquid and the inability to get rid of the aroma. At least when it gets on your hands it only takes a couple of days to wash out the smell!
AND the probability of an occurrence of huge seismic release in Ontario is much less than that of a town near Denali N.P.
Probably. Although I've been told by a geology professor that the rock on which much of my surrounding area sits is quite weak. Further developments will be interesting, I'm sure - if even they occur a million years from now.
Yes I agree, kick ass movie and extremely funny.

Lie and you'll be alright.
Still though, the rest was great.

@Zucadragon Believe it or not, lying can get you most of that if done correctly and in a harmless manner. It's more of a counter-culture moral.

I think they need to print that review in the adverts and on the cover as it is brilliant - after that review everyone should watch it.

Just sayin'

Hahahaha. That's peanuts compared to what I've got nearby: a nuclear power station in Pickering, ON located right on some plate boundaries.
