To be honest, I find it somewhat hard to believe that you actually improvised all of this. I'm certain there was _some_ forethought involved, like a theoretical tune in your head, before you actually started playing.

Either that, or you're really damn dexterous and talented and I envy you as such. Find a good band and make some noise/money.

i'm being completely honest with you when I say that this improvisation was never imagined or rehearsed and it just happened to come out this way when i recorded the video. I've had a lot of practice improvising with my band, and I know this song pretty well, is just naturally fits my style, that's all there is to it.

Had a teacher 4 about 1.5 years, he gave me all the basics. I try to incorporate learning by ear into scales and guitar theory. Most songs that I learn I learn from the books, by ear if im lazy, but its hard to get it exactly the same by ear

I started when I was about 13, I just turned turned 20 so ive been playing for about 6.5 years. I took lessons for about 1.5 yrs to get some basics down, after that all on my own. I had a pretty good teacher, so the hat's off to him.
