@MegaKnightmares It's called Redguard Hood and it's other piece is called Redguard Clothes. You might be able to get them if you betray the dark brotherhood instead of joining them but I haven't done that so it may need confirmation.

@xXxIntoXikatedxXx as far as i know there is only 2 ways to get it.. chose to destroy the dark brotherhood and lute it from the guy. Or get 100 pickpocket skill and perk needed to pickpocket items that npcs have equiped

@xXxIntoXikatedxXx I know how to get it, do the first quests of the dark brotherhood until astrid kidnaps you, Then kill her and tell a guard he will tell you to kill everyone at the sanctuary, then just kill and take nazirs clothes

@RPGfan1993 If you do the quest "In My Time Of Need" kill a redguard man, loot the redguard body and you should find the hood and the garb.

@MegaKnightmares or you can go to this clothing store in solitude it's called the radiant raiment

@RPGfan1993 Or you can buy it at the Radiant Raiment store in Solitude after you've been insulted by one of the store's owners about your dress sense, allowing you to buy one of their many different clothing options.
