Oddly though, they are owned by the same people as Chessington World of Adventures, where we found nothing but politeness, courtesy & helpfulness from everyone we encountered! The staff at Thorpe Park could do a lot worse than taking a leaf out of Chessingtons book in my opinion & 'those upstairs' need to recognise this & address it....SOON!

The customer service at this shit-hole is an absolute f'king joke. Having not been able to print off my pre-booked online tickets as a result of 'technical difficulties' AT THEIR END we tried to contact them only to end up on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. After finally going & explaining our situation on arrival, we were made to feel like it was OUR FAULT & spoken to in an abrupt & rude manor. The staff on park were not much better. Rude & very unhelpful at almost every point.
