Responding to "the truth is out there comment' i don't think this is just a fitness crazed fad. Coming from a 53 yr old woman who has HATED and TOTALLY avoided any form of exercise my entire life. I am athletic, and play hard like riding motorcycles and horses. I water ski but exercise -NO WAY JOSE. Until 6 months ago when I stumbled into a Zumba studio in Corona Ca.
