Been a long time fan, Mr. Lorber you should consider yourself as an ambassador to contemporary Jazz, as it was your music in the early 80s that set me on the path to being a jazz music lover. Looks like a couple of famous friend sittin' in too, is that Eric Marienthal, and Jimmy Haslip????

the first time i HEARD jeff lorber was on a crappy FM radio in 1978 when i was 14. it was one of those PBS jazz showcase things.

it FREAKED ME OUT and sort of changed the way i perceived what was possible with jazz. all these years, i still dig Lorber, man. the Internet is cool because now people will see what a genius and what an amazing cat this guy is. hell yeah, man!
