ours was similar, but rather than windsor, the first stop was salisbury where there is a magnificent cathedral. we did take the train from london to windsor though, and the castle was my favorite building we saw on that trip (england & france) - the only thing i liked more was the city of cambridge as a whole, but for any one thing, windsor castle was amazing, and we had a great English dinner at the hill's base.
