    見意:每天三次單腳站立十分,用右手拉橡皮管一天一百下!

    日後在漫漫增加次數!(本人在加拿大的大學帶球隊)

  • 左手在動作時可適時拉高一點,可以減少上半身往前衝的問題,可以­提高控球準確度
