Reving it may look cool, but it's not helping much. It's better to shift it in second and go easy on the gas. You need low wheel rpm and as much grip as possible. And yes, Puntos suck ass....

i know that sucks, my mom had a 93 camaro and in the snow it always got stuck and lovede to snow drift and also i had this two times one from snow and one from rain the coumpter got wet and fucked up lol, but we have a caddi so its easyer to get point a to point b STS's rule.

I agree... I am from Australia - just living in Scotland and most people drive big V6's or V8's. Over here in the UK, pretty much everyone has a 4 cylinder. Yeah you're right about the whole petrol prices. Hence why I got rid of the car. That and the fact it was a piece of crap.

Generally they do and they did the major roads... but this was first thing in the morning on a local residential street. It was an unexpected 5 - 6 inches of snow. Even the airport closed down.

LOL, I run my Punto TD (running with straight veg-oils) with -20°C and snow and ice only with snow tyres...

The car starts without any problem and runs much better than all the SUV and TP cars...
