MMA like UFC that's legitimate fighting with no predetermined outcomes. Don't get me wrong, I love pro wrestling, I'm just really passionate about making sure people know the difference between an actual combat sport and sports entertainment. I like pro wrestling more and would actually like to be a wrestler someday.

Puroresu still has predetermined outcomes. It's a lot harder style of wrestling and yeah there are no gimmicks but it's still scripted. It's just designed to look like a shoot.

FAKE is the WRONG terminology in regards to wrestling. Like pointed out in this video(obviously a lot weren't listening) the ring is NOT a trampoline. I got a 2nd degree concussion in wrestling, if you people think it's so quote on quote Fake, then try it out, plain and simple and easy as that. Bottom line these men are athletes, yes it's scripted, but so are stunt men(are they called fakes?), in boxing they do take dives and there is what is called a shadow punch, are they called fakes? NO!

@Tanley25 I just have one thing to say to those types of people, try it, step in the ring. They don't see that Hulk Hogan cant even walk anymore, when they studied Chris Benoit's brain it was mush, I got a concussion, neck injury, back and knee problems, fake is the wrong word to use. I agree with what you said, but still think they should get in a ring and then they'll find out how much pain is actually involved, drug of choice for wrestlers are pain killers.

WWE became really really soft.you can almost spot many times where they completely fake the move or when they jump..those things.

In TNA or in the Japan ones are more well done.

Lucha Libre is like MMA on steroids but under somehow controlled conditions so the wrestlers don't end up knocked out or bleeding profusely. It totally kicks ass!!!

@Varghjarta I wouldn't call it "fake". think of it more like theatrics. In the way of stunt work. You are still taking hard falls or bumps as its referred to in pro wrestling.
