I think the first Rubai was written by Mir Anees & is as follows:

JAB NAAM-E-ALI MUH SE NIKAL JAATA HAI

GAR KOH-E-MUSIBAT HO, TO TAL JAATA HAI

KYA NAAM HAI, IS NAAM KE SADQE HO "ANEES"

GIRTE-GIRTE BASHAR SAMBHAL JAATA HAI

I am sure coz this Rubai is patent for every child who usually recite teht-ul-lafz on Mimbar at my native village Pali and this rubai has been in practice for about 200 years, hence this couldn't be incorrect
