Are these two different songs? When I look up the lyrics on Google, I get some under A Retinue of Moons and some under The Infidel is Me. Are they different songs put together so they sound like the same one, or what? Either way it's amazing, but I am a tad confused.
Fucking awesome. Just started listening to them a few days ago and I've gotten so stuck on "the Holocaust of Giants", I've literally been listening to it over and over. But methinks I might have found a replacement.
@EcstasyOfApostasy Right, I'm so mad at myself right now. My favorite Marilyn Manson song is "Apple of Sodom", and they were the reason I liked that song so much, but I didn't know who they were. Now looking back Marilyn Manson was terrible and I could have been listening to Rasputina for the past 15 years. Oh well.
"There are people here who would do you great harm [...] and with that my allegiance had shifted. " is one of my favorite parts in all of music. Just totally perfect.
Hmm....I'm not a big fan..... aside from the epic cello.

@smellslikechildren1 I couldn't agree more. Stunning.
It's amazing they aren't more known. ( not mainstream of course but...More known within the underground haha )

Found the band on my friend's iPod a couple days ago. Fell in love. They make me think of the cello in a completely different way.
