@thatcadetkid Ill agree to an extent - the term "intoxicated" is pretty vague. For instance, I can drink a 6-pack, and be completely coherent, even pass a field sobriety test, but fail the breathalyzer. Not everyone gets "intoxicated" off one or two beers. My feeling is that a field sobriety test should be sufficient to determine someones "intoxication", not a machine that only makes money for the state.
