@monty124s During the summer I can't see anything out of the camera at night. As you can see this was shot in the winter and there's a street light at the end of the driveway and the light shines off the snow. That's the only reason it looks bright.
@useless987 I would recommend but I don't have anything to compare this camera with since this is my only camera. I would read other people's reviews to make sure this is the camera for you.
Hey , i want to buy this camera, noticed that you used the camera in winter with snow on the ground. was the camera outdoors? can it operate in temps upto -30 C? let me know thanks
Hi its a nice capture, I too bought the same camera yesterday. I would like to know which software you used to stitch those stills to a video file. Thank you!
@gravitysab dont laugh but I used Windows Movie maker. Just move all the picture and create a slideshow with .1 secs between pictures and save it as a movie.
@Ebeniz Hey thanks a lot for the reply. I didn't know movie maker can do that.. I primarily use movie maker for cutting favorite clips and ring tones. Its a simple tool bundled with windows, and it does the job.
Log into your camera with Admin password then click on SETUP. Click on FTP. Host name should be the server you want to save your pictures in. I'm using a NAS with a built in FTP server. You can try running a little FTP server program on your computer and point the camera to that.
Can you help me with the FTP settings? I know I have my user name and password right. What's the format for the host name? When I try to run the test it says it can't connect to my FTP server. Please help!
Yes you can. You can log into it from anywhere you have Internet access and see a live feed as long as you have Java or ActiveX installed. Dlink has an example feed if you look around.
Hi Ebeniz, I purchased this cam about a week ago and tried to access to the camera at work. I set up with DDNS but still can't access to it. Can you explain me how to do live stream? or point me where the Dlink example feed is?
nice video; is your street particularly bright at night?
I have the same camera and night time shots are near black, not as clear as yours;

Nice quality. Awesome choice of music too. I'm going to set up one of these cameras to watch over the pets while we're on vacation.

@rashmisharma No, my camera is indoors and shooting through a window. Dlink might be able to sell you an outdoor case.

@seanbit
You have to forward port 80 in your router to the IP address of your router. Right now I can't find the Dlink example. When/If I do I'll post it
