I don't understand why you can customize weapons in this game, but you had absolutely no control over that with Dragon Rising. Also, as people have stated, Dragon Rising was choppy and most of the scopes weren't that good and it took a while to kill an enemy. Also, your squad was dumb in terms of engaging a firefight and I felt that they hindered me
Yes the AI is a bit dumb, graphics are not the best, controls are a bit stiff BUT despite all that i think this is a really good game, i enjoy this more than COD, getting shot at over 500 metres away seems more realistic than 5 feet like COD. Always having to think about your environment and thinking about your next cover, plus working in a team and commanding. All good, better than dragon Rising :)

About realism, I do not care, could you tell me please why is this game so shitty? From what I've seen it looks awesome, sounds awesome, and the animations look absolutely cool.
Seriously, ArmA has a lot of programming issues, and I mean a LOT!

Spend a few HOURS to read through all the topics and posts and the official red river forums and SEE what the fans themself are saying. Then look at all my videos at my channel. THis may take a few hours, but unless you're ready to invest that time, dont have an opinion on something you dont have a clue about.

I dont really care if this game is a "simulator" or not...whats important to me is that its not that silly arcade style of game like COD. I could also not care less if its like the original OF. The game looks fantastic.

This game is fucking crap people - DO NOT buy it.
If you're looking for and realistic shooter this is not the game you're looking for. There is no replay value in red river, there is no map editor, pilotable aircraft, tanks, APC, no SDK.. This game doesnt even deserve to be called Operation Flashpoint. The tard you can hear talking in this vid is called Sion Lenton and is a known liar (lookat at my channel) and this game is for that sake CANNED now so thats great at least.

It's neither CoD nor Killzone, at first it is not a FPS, OF is a Soldier Simmulation game. If you shot by a bullet you cannot heal with resting. Grow up.

@WeezyMcCheezy Its been proven that pretty much the only thing Xbox has on PS3 is its networking (which isnt free, remember). The PS3 console is technically better than the Xbox.
The PS3 beats the Xbox 360 in almost all the internal components.
IGN (Internation Gaming Network) compares the two consoles, crowning the PS3, 7-3

Any FPS game, even if made for consoles, is still played best on the PC. Using the mouse is far more accurate than using a gamepad.
