@ kapelina, most people underestimate this, its not that you must do much pushups, thats not explosive power. I train explosive power, i dont need to do 100 pushups, its not nescesary.
But dustin, you can do handstands and walk on you hands, you will train your arms, and practise also planches, just keep training, also pushups and stuff,
uhm practise much handstands, and train much tucked planche, keep youre arms straight, and bend a bit your body forwards. keep trying, and once youve got them, they are easy :)
