@sakura118 When you've done this several times and get used to it, it only takes 20-40 minutes to get dressed from start to finish. That's less time than it takes most people to get dressed for a night out. Yeah, you still have to do hair and makeup with kimono, but I can get totally ready in an hour with kimono and I haven't taken professional classes. :) It is a LOT to wear but it's not too hard once you get it.
