After giving it some thought, I'd have to say that Twilight Princess is the best of the Zelda games I've played (mainly all the console ones). It had some of the coolest looking bosses of any game, all the characters just looked absolutely incredible, the soundtrack and gameplay were equally amazing, and I definitely had more fun running around as wolf than I did on a boat or horse. Though, admittedly, Link was funnier in Wind Waker. Lots of "wtf?" or "wth?" expressions...
