@SSSDiaz7 I know exactly what you mean. I'm like one of the only few people in my whole neighbourhood who actually cared enough to go to the church for Remembrance Sunday. It's disgusting, that nobody cares really.
@jante214 The saddest part about those who died in WW1 or suffered life altering injuries are overshadowed by two tragic things. 1. People prefer to study and take interest in WW2 before they even care to look at even 1 WW1 battle. 2. Time. Over time people forget or become careless in remebering, I can't stand to see so many youngsters not only not take interest in the suffering of those that payed the ultimate sacrifice, but there lack of respect and not caring, to them memorial day cont....
It is so sad that I am missing the words.

Peace on Earth! Let's hope we will sometime learn the lesson.

My great great uncle died on 8th May 1915 at the 2nd battle of Ypres!!! At Frezenberg Ridge!!
