what is the difference between cream and gel liners? have you also tried gel?

I haven't tried gels, but what I've heard is the difference in texture. Gel liners dry faster and don't budge during the day.

I got a HIP liner in a swap (they don't sell HIP in UK) I got eggplant from LovePeaceandLipgloss. It's great isn't it!!! I like the way you do your liner xxx

My cream/gel liner dried out fast too. However there are tutorials on how to re-wet them back to when u 1st bought it.
