I don't think step #1 is something that bell hooks would really advocate. The rich should be taxes at a much higher percentage since they have more. In fact a progressive tax system would tax the wealthy and super wealthy at over 90% and use the money for social and environmental programs.

I can't say that I have a favorite Bell Hooks book because they are all awsome. She is so smart,beautiful, and such a caring soul. There is a saying I heard a while back ago that says something like this: When ignorant peope really hate you,you know your doing something right. So keep at it Bell, because i shure am.
