I have been a "member" of UPCI for over 20 years and I have not once seen a pastor with a beard. It is because men with beards are persecuted to the point of being forced out of Church. Do you espouse the use of non-King James Bibles? If so then you should read Gail Riplingers's book "New Age Bible Versions". Also, I am wondering if you believe in the heretical teaching that men should not have beards? I have seen so many men run out of "Apostolic Churches" because of this heretical teaching. Would Jesus, who had a beard, been allowed in a pulpit in these "Churches"? God is so upset at "Pastors" who perpetuate this heresy. Pray that these men repent.
I do not believe that all translations are right. However, based on the original manuscripts there are translations that are as good and even truer to the original language as the King James Version. No, I do not believe that there is any scripture in God's Word that condemns beards. I am not sure that I have ever heard of that happening and I have been teaching and preaching for nearly 20 years. Hello again. You are mistaken about any other translation being better that the Kings James Bible. The others that you talk about that you presume to be better are based on the adulterated, so called "earlier" texts from Alexandria which were changed by heretics from the true originals. The King James Bible is translated from the "Textus Receptus" and the translaters were not homosexuals or lesbians etc, as were the translators of the New International Version.

It says "Repent and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins; and yhou shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." I will review your teachings for you.... The New American Standard Version is a very bad version. It is based upon the texts that were found at Alexandria that were adulterated by the heretics there. You really should read Gail Riplinger's book "New Age Bible Versions". It would help you a lot. I have even listened to a audio tape of a man who confessed that he thinks that he is in big trouble with God for his involvement with the creation of the NASB. ... God bless... The Stick

However, I will be placing a series of lessons on "How We Got the Bible" on YouTube within the next couple of months. These lessons will discuss transmission and translations. I look forward to a fruitful discussion with you in regards to those videos. I will look at the book you are recommending as I prepare for those lessons.
