Ok so I want my 501 to look baggy not skinnyi want them like this actually --- (''levis wiz khalifa'' 3rd photo on google -- so what size should I get I wear usualy 34-34 jeans I really need to know thank you to whoever answers !
i just bought 3 pairs of 501 shrink to fit and been wearing them around the house cause there so stiff is there anyway to break them in with out shrinking them i love the way they fit now they are just so stiff please get back to me thanks
I got my first pair in 1984. You HAD to wash it 8 times before u wear it. That`s what they used to say. They were huge and over the years they started to fit better and better. Those jeans were "living jeans". Change size, colour and fit over the years.
Levis are going so down hill these days. My sta-dark 501's have gone to a purple colour on the front top half of the legs and thats only after about 6 washes and they cost £65! And some black 501's that i recently bought are too narrow in the legs even though i always buy the same size! I have always bought levis but not wasting money on them anymore.
hey bit of help please, I like my jeans a little bit baggy not tooo baggy though, but I was wondering... If I bought these i wouldn't wash them plainly because I don't like too much of a tight fit, but will they loosen up over time or stain everywhere if not shrunk? And are they reaaaly thick because I do not wan't jeans that are too thick, and will they get fudged up in the rain?
@imzypops these are a basic 501 cut so fairly regular although the idea is that you wash them and shrink them down to your exact fit.. i guess they will loosen up eventually if you have washed them but not too much... being raw denim they might leave a mark on a white sofa but i don't think they would lose the dye too much..
@suprememunter well if i shrink them will it loose a lot of the dry/raw denim look? I have seen other levis jeans for like £80-100 that are raw/dry denim I thought why waste money more money and get these if they are exactly the same thing!
@suprememunter what if I put them in the washing machine on a cold wash on a very low spin so they do not loose their hardness too much or the size? I just don't want them to bleed
I wear original 501 34 30, which wears pretty baggy with a pretty big leg opening and i wanted to get a more slim look so it looks better when i wear my vans while being a little loose and baggy. What size should i pick up for the 501 STF?
ok i just bought a pair of 505 jeans actually 2 pair... i notice it feels mad tight around the tight and ass area ... and i bought my real size... if a shrink to fit would it be less tight and more true to my size?
@BroncosForLife21 If You Wash Them They Will Be Straight Leg. And Yea Their Baggy At First. But Always Buy Shrink To Fit Jeans A Size Bigger Than Your Actual Size. And They Cost About 35-50$.
@MikeTysonEatsKids nah i think once they've shrunk to fit they will stay at that size.. i don;t think they'll shrink much or lose the size when washed again.
well. I usually wear a size 34x32 which is comfy for me. If I decide to go STF, I should 35x35? I was thinking of first soaking it in coiling water for 2 hour then, wear it? I never done this before so any help you can offer I am open ears
@urbanindustrystore hey, I like my jeans a little bit baggy not tooo baggy lol, but I was wondering.. Is the denim like dry denim all rough.. (I'm talking about NOT shrinking them)
Also wil lthey like stain everywhere if not shrunk?
@mrfranco57 Well as long as it doesn't rain on the way. Get yourself two tubs of grease for the mechanic's look, they'll stand up on their own and you'll never need to worry about pissing in them again.
How do you shrink it?

Any possibility that I can shrink the lower half the waists fits perfect but the lower half is painfully loose.
