my brother is a drug dependent before. and 1 day he receive a warning from the DDS to go out from the city of else he's days are numbered. kaya umalis sya ng davao. hindi na din sya drug dependent..and may decent job na din sya. hindi dretso pumapatay ang mga DDS. gina surveillance and gina warning nila ung may kasalanan. pag hindi umalis at hindi nagbago, tpos na life nya. HINDI KA KASI TAGA DAVAO KAYA WAG KA PAKA BOBO!!! HINDI MO KLALA FRIEND MO KAYA WAG MO NA PAGTAKPAN! BOBO KA!!!

BASE FROM MY SOURCE... Before DDS made their actions. They first conduct the following,
surveillance on the target,once it is proven.they warn you like "stop what you are doing"and if you dont they tell you Leave Davao.or else we will take you down
Most of them suggested that if you get such warning and you value your life then leave Davao for good if you get caught then Bang!
There are 2 choices here being a good citizen or being bad...and you get what you deserve PROTECToIN or DEATH.

there's a lot of institution trying to help those kids so they'll get away with drugs. but, they're still going to back to their old way of life. drugs, waging war to diffrent street gangs.. poor institutions..they spent a lot of money for this kids but they just dont simply changed their life..though hndi ng alng lahat..meron din naman nagbabago. ung mga napapatay, pabalik balik na sa mga rehabilitations pero pag nakalabas na, balik na naman sa dati..tsk tsk..

the death squads were careful to do killings, if u r a hard headed child or man to do drugs at first they warned you, but if you continue doing it. just leave davao's place, u hve no plce to hide.
