@MyGta123 I can't comment on newer Fords because I don't have one & wouldn't buy one. On older Fords, say a 93 for example, if it's a 4 speed automatic you can't physically shift it in to 2nd gear. There is only a choice of 1st, 3rd, & overdrive. With a Chevy 4 speed auto you get all 4 gears. Know what I'm talking about now?

There's this thing in drag racing called different classes and it's obvious that the guy with this '55 changed wheels and tires to be able to run in the 10.5" class. Originally, it appears as though the car was set up with an 18.5" tire. If you do the simple math (which I'm sure you can't), 18.5 -10.5 = 8/2 = WOW! wouldn't you know it, 4" from the edge of the quarter panel. Don't bother replying anymore because you're a waste of both space and time.
