  • Katarinka is most beautiful..... Please tell me there is a Mark Salona CD out there I can by..... Not for me though, its for my mom..

  • @12luvkaos just go to cdbaby.com for my cd's

  • Mark, you are a godsend. I love your music, I love your style, I'm inlove with every one of your beautiful creations. Keep up the good work. We love you.

  • @nephilim249 thank you very very much..

  • This is perfect for anxiety, stress or to just relax. I can feel it already. Ah-h-h-h-h-h

  • @pureaKero Jeez Leave The Poor Guy Alone, He Can Play How Ever He Wants Too!!

  • Amazing (Y)

  • i love your music!

  • i love your great playing ..thanks so o o much ! CheerCheer !

  • nice, Mark)..very relaxing

  • This guy is pretty good...

  • @pureaKero Write a prelude and fugue a day? That is ridiculous. When you are meeting with conductors, chamber ensembles, and trying to promote your music, you will see how much time you have to write fugues. You should have respect for someone like Mark Salona who has built a virtual piano music empire on Youtube and found sponsors for his videos. Beware of Bach, vary your listening and imitate many composers. Arpeggio melody formulas are important, and people enjoy it!

  • @composerdavidisaac I never asked him to write a prelude and fugue a day, only to play them! I just believe every composer should aspire to meet the standards set by his predecessor (Bach being, in my opinion, the optimal goal). And while arpeggiated figurations are useful, they can be used in a much more refreshing manner. If interested, take a look at one of my compositions on my channel and I think you'll understand my point of view!

    Cheers

  • you are good, talented, however, the arpegio is very common and repetitiv, and predictive you need to change the rythinm of the arprgegio more often is hjust the same chords over and over, and the notes on the riht hand are just very simple nothing out of the odinary, you need more moving notes, use the scale more go up and go down dont limit yourself, it seems you just played a chords pattern and played just certain notes you need to be more diverse, its good but you need much more practice

  • @pedro55rico hate folkslike you that tell others what thy should and shouldn't do. If you want it to sound different go and make your own, not tell someone else they need to change, or NEED to be more diverse just to suit YOUR EARS!. Your so patronising in your comment!

    TUT!

  • nice music and nice piano

  • I don't mean to be a buzzkill, but here I go:

Repetitive, boring, sickeningly simple, predictable bass (1-5-1, 1-5-1, 1-5-1), synth sounds corny (just leave the piano alone), boring melody.

That's all for now. Keep it up.

  • 10/10!

  • i think the synth backing makes it sounds sort of like elevator music - leave it out!

  • very evocative and natural sounding melodies - well done

  • very evocative and natural sounding melodies - well done

  • i like it^^ it feels nice when you have experience to play it.

Come watch mine,i dont have much experience ,hope u can correct me a bit ,my video name is (nice melody^^.3gp)

  • Is...fantastic...the love is in the air, in this sound...

  • Beautiful & Sad

  • Terrific!

  • He is marvellous, terrific just incredible how beautiful he sings......very toching melody and a little sad....

  • PANCAKES

  • aww look at his little hands :D hehe

    lovely song ! xx

  • I think the piano is a tool to play with the soul, in such beautiful ways, it makes me forget about being poor, and more about our spiritual connections... i love it, Mark Salona, you are a writer of beautiful pieces!!

  • k sensacion ta hermosa , una melodia impresionante! :) me encanta

  • Absolutely beautiful music

  • This is beaytiful!

  • Amazing! I love it

  • just beautiful

  • really nice romantic melody! I like this song ^^

  • wow hes really close to the keyboard...

  • I feel that the treble notes don't have a lot of sustain...

  • unfortunately, this piece does not live up to the caption of "you haven't lived until you've heard this"...it's not bad, but it doesn't command wonder and awe

  • that sounds incredibly amazing and awe inspiring. i really like it

  • nice melody and song, but the left hand is the same as the majority of all other new age music. It's all fourths and fifths. :/

  • Though beautiful it's the same as all other new age music. It's all based off of IV's and V chords. Yes those chords are beautiful, but the same thing over and over isn't quite music.

  • wow whats the name of this song,, this is the most amazing thing i have ever herd,, and trust that is very strange comeing from a 14 year old,, this has helped me choose a path that is very differet to the path i lead a the moment!!!. thank you x

  • it is interesting, although this is rather irrelevant, most of the users on youtube, that upload a video of them playing their own composition, they all seem to compose the same style of song, usually sad and upsetting, when i listened to this song, they all seem to be similar to this.

  • Very nice indeed =D Is there any chance to get the sheet of music? I'd love to play this song ^^

    Thxs for posting Mark =)

  • I'd hadn't lived until I heard this. :)

  • me neither me and my boyfriend were listening to this song over and over again at his house and we luv it! can I have that sheet of music to play for him so he'll luv me even more now??

  • You brought a tear to my eye..

this is the kind of playing that inspires people my age and those younger than me to play such beautiful instruments :) Bravo! Much appreciated x

  • he has fat fingers

  • Nice, but it is kind of a strange finger position. But whatever works. How do sit so close?!

  • I know right! I used to sit that close to but only recently I realised sitting back gives you much more movement.

  • Wow...

    beautiful.

    Inspiring.

  • wow it´s great

  • Professional performance, bravo!
