i did this quest in crap gear(im 136 cb though) i had like rune/dhide/mystic easely dropped the boss and did whole quest in like 1 hr 30 min

the quest isnt as bad as people make it sound when i did the quest i was 112cb with 85 att 85 str 80 def 82 range 88 mage and the whole quest onyl cost me 700k

i did the quest as it came out , if u did pray robe insted the best magic outfit , u coulda just far cast and have pray range on whole time - it took less then 2mins.....lol

nice vid wanted to see one, sad the prince and princess lost their lives. Wish i could do the quest but im failing at quest completion only 90 qp. wish i could get free summon lvls off this but i need prayer lvls anyway.

i think alot of people wish they could get free summoning xp off this quest but the rewars do not alow you to spend your 450k/150k xp on summoning just the other cb skills. If we keep loseing npc's in runescape our char's will become a looner. To bad you lose your spouse like 20-30 mins after you get married.

Thats why you deny them when they ask to be married. Nothing to worry about once they die. Although they deserved to die if they cant protect themselves against the Dagannoth Kings for a couple of minutes. At least those who have done the quest are now free and single.

you see, when she fires water wave at you use protect from magic. when she fires spikes, pray range, and when she bites/headbutts you, protect melee. If you are standing 1 square away, she will go a long time before switching. There is no way to know when she switches until she does. Keep your health always at 50+, because when she switches to melee, it is instant, and she hits very hard (40+) with melee. It is important that you pray melee and as soon as she attacks, or she could 2-hit kill you

Good description. One other thing that could be useful is to have the sound on/listen to the sound effects of the Mother. If I remember correctly, melee attacks is a sort of growling/grunting sound (similar to alot of monster attacks on you), mage is a splash sound (same sound as most magic spells hitting), and range is like a whip cracking thing (it's the same sound as a torm demon range attack, but I dunno if you know what that sounds like.)

i found that the sentinals that healed each other. were easier if u just hit until 1 started healing and then switched. as they healed in a similar way to Heal other spell on lunar spell book and took damage that way
