I only have one word to say, "wow." That is an absolutely amazing system that could solve every problem in the entire world. So realistic and cost-effective, this would revolutionize every way in which the world lives. I'm sure all of the world leaders will agree completely, and will completely cooperate with this ingenious idea. It will not cost extreme amounts of wasted money to build enormous pipelines across thousands of miles of ocean... please keep your stupid ideas to yourself.
