Reading some of the comments you guys never high jumped before. (e.g. start of my sophmore year in high school I was jumping 5'4" now I make 6'2") I say keep on trying it.

i agree with zstach..even tho im a 6'1 eighth grader. lol. but height deals with it a lot but im jumpin a 5'8 theres another guy in my district who jumps around 6'4..same height as me and has been jumping for a while.

I agree, always keep trying. Last year, as a freshman, I could barely get 5 foot... I think I got it once. This year, I'm just a centimeter away from getting 5'8. It's amazing how much better people can get year-to-year, so everyone keep trying.
