  • I saw the video on FourZeroTwo*Dot*Com and it wasnt this is was another vid of bank of america

    ANd

    FUCK YOU BANK OF AMERICA

  • I used to have a credit account with MBNA that charged me 13.9% interest. Not the best rate, but reasonable. Then they got bought out by Bank of A-holes. Despite my perfect payment history and for no reason whatsoever, BoA immediately shut off my credit line and doubled my interest rate to 28%. Guess that is how they were able to pay that crook Ken Lewis his 125 million dollar golden parachute.

How these conservative pricks can even TRY to justify this atrocity is COMPLETELY beyond me...

  • I love a bit of righteous indignation

  • This country has been hijacked by evil corporate drones and the puppet politicians who serve them. Americans have been screwed literally and have been told that there is nothing we can do about it.

  • This guy is a 100% right on target . The banks are resseans why america is in the worest reasion in american history . The banks discrimanate against americans for wanting to start bisuines and buying homes.

  • I have created piggybankblog com for all those who were abused by BofA.

  • Why not call NYPD. They "love" bank robbers.

  • This is old news. It's always happening. This happened about 3 or 4 times in the last few years in Britain.

  • DaReal2k9 - That makes it OK ?

  • No...

I just said it's nothing new so I don't see why people are getting so amazed over it.

It's like being shocked over a murder.

  • Turks are right: the failure is systemic. Joseph Stiglitz interviewed by James Surowiecki of the New Yorker refers to the problem created by the paradigm of "agency" with managers supposedly "representing" owners ultimately not being accountable to them. Corporatist leadership is a closed club, and we should be outraged by the abusiveness. Nell Minow has some decent ideas how to deal with the problem of executive pay and Congress is going to kick it around so it might be corrected some day.

  • Disagree with you because there are many times when a person gets fired for "not performing" and those people deserve to keep their pensions. And you can't say it should only be applied to CEOs because that isn't legal.

  • Everytime I fucked up at work, I got fired, not more money!

  • The substance is still in my original post, however you were so appalled by the fact that someone had some political criticism about your precious President Obama, you couldn't read between the lines. Hell, even Cenk hit the issue and you still want to argue. Obama needs to grow a set and start getting into action. Take some responsibility and move in the right direction. He's so afraid about who he's gonna piss off, nothing gets done. America needs a presidential leader, not a baby sitter.

  • Funny, the way Cenk simplefies first time I had to laugh today.

  • Wow is that Edith Bunker?

  • Ken Lewis & the other BOA executive flunks along with every other bank executive are guilty of 1st degree felony theft. For no reason other then gluttonous greed, they destroyed the entire life savings & incomes of millions of innocent, hard-working families. Even after stealing their ill-gotten cash, they still slobber & drool & roll around like dogs in piles of stolen money. Something has to be done to stop these bonus-whores. They've literally wrecked our country to feed their lust. Sluts.

  • Wow, I guess when you have nothing left to hold on to, just yell out "Glenn Beck!" Beck's agenda is to gain ratings. And how do you do that? Be as over the top as possible to get everyone talking about you. I guess the old saying "there's no such thing as bad publicity" holds true. If the left would just shut up about him, he'd go away. I sure as hell wish he would. Now stop cluttering the internet with nonsense.

  • The left would just "shut up about Glenn Beck"? Do you remember his little 9/12 walk and all of his supporters? Yeah, if you paint yourself in the news, expect to be talked about. He's a fucking nutcase.. I don't want him to go away :). He makes me laugh.

  • Classic liberalism, once you can't argue against past administrations, run back to the flock and blend in with the crowd. Just be careful next time you decide to stick your head out, someone may actually try to make you think.

  • Make us think? How about we make you think? Bush was a total failure, and his administration was too. They did nothing well, and ended us up in this shithole. SO how about you think. Who got us into this mess? The guy in office for a year? Or the guy in office for eight?

  • I love how all the liberals' first line of defense is always to go after Reagan/Bush, the whole "if you're against Obama, you're for Bush". If you want my opinion, Reagan's use of czars was just as unconstitutional then as Obama's today. Reagan's Drug Czar was just as counterproductive as today's Guantanomo Base Closure czar. Keep pointing fingers at the past, keep your head down and stay within the herd, it's much safer there for you, nobody will accuse you of trying to solve anything.

  • do you recall Bush saying: "you're either with us or against us?"

  • I do. However I'm not too sure where Bush's push to gain allies in the fight against terrorism applies here. Could you help me out on that one? And if it means anything, I was completely against Bush's policy.

  • it applies since it's the same binary logic you were complaining about - just because a country didn't choose to invade Iraq doesn't mean they are against the USA

  • I bet communist countrys are laughing in our faces cus the economy is controlled by sefish bastered XD

  • I commend you on your originality. Just keep following the flock, it's better for you that way.

  • Ha Ha Ha, "it's the conservatives"!

There's the joke of the day.

One can indeed include within the mix of the guilty, the Republican party, the Democrat party, the Block party etc. since especially these days, a party will retain it's name, no matter what sort of contradictory actions they may be taking. These days, a name is simply a name & one might as well replace Republican with "Expenditure" party & Democrat can go to Halloween parties as the "Green" party without a costume

  • Simply with their California politicians alone, they certainly have enough witches to make their party as green as can be. Hairy warts & all. Besides, with Nasty Penosy's military airline, countrywide shuttle service, green fatigues would be perfectly fitting. Once her tailor sews tight all the sag on the ass!

But the problem is definitely not "conservatism". Being that the central bankers & their cronies are the ones that have for years been pushing Marxism into the country

  • Marxisms inherent authoritarianism fits in nicely with their plans to govern the world with their enviro "Green" Animist, Loserferianism

  • i'm reading all these comment and some ppl really need to stop watching fox news and do their own research.

  • Love the Pulp Fiction clip Be cool Bitch, tell her Bitch be cool. This asshole got away with stealing and those people that want to put everything in the hands of corporations will see this kind of behavior over and over. Corporations have no conscience they will always do the most shady underhanded things to make a profit and they couldn't care less who they hurt. The insurance companies are the absolute worst preying on the sick and dying then denying them their benefits on technicalities.

  • the system is fine and this man deserves how ever much money his corporation decided to give him, thats called CAPITALISM, but whats not okay is how obama and the left passed this bailout that turned america into a socialist state, us conservatives opposed the bailout because it is simplly not constitutional, i think us pro-americans have a strong case to impeach obama after all of his horrendous failures and lies

  • Why exactly does he "deserve" the money?

  • did you even do any research before you posted your rant?

  • the hair-tearingly maddening part of this (aside from we the people getting reamed by corporations again and again with no lube) is that people say Obama took over the banks.

If he took over the banks, they wouldn't be able to pull shit like this. I wish they had taken over the banks.

  • Lewis made the decision for BoA to acquire Merrill Lynch in a deal brokered and backed by the government on a Sunday, prior to the week's market opening, to avert the imminent collapse that would have taken place had markets opened on Monday and Merrill Lynch announced its bankruptcy.

BoA stock promptly fell on Monday as the Merrill Lynch acquisition diluted BoA's value. Lewis's acts hurt BoA but averted another collapse like Lehman Brothers, and were nothing short of heroic.

  • I just find it hypocritical that this Cenk guy is a Democrat and supports taxpyer funded healthcare (even for those who don't pay tax) and yet he objects to corporate bailouts.

  • I see no hypocrisy in those two positions. In fact, those appear to be two very reasonable, compatible viewpoints.

You sure he's a card carrying Democrat? And even if he was, that would mean that he has to support everything his party says or be a hypocrite?

    That's just dumb.

  • Why? Because there can be only two extreme points of view? He's not a 'democrat' per se, he just votes for them because he doesn't have anyone else to vote for. He's a liberal first and foremost i think.

  • Dear American Public and Shareholders,

Take up your comments/questions/concerns with the Pay Czar.

    Sincerely

    The President

  • That's sick

  • I thought the United States was a capitalist country - you know, when your business fails, you're out of money and the nation doesn't come to your rescue (that's those socialist and social democratic nations) ...

Oh yeah, it's for the rich only!!! Let the poor pay so you don't have to join them ...

  • what movie is that clip from???

  • pulp fiction

  • Hook

  • This Cenk guy is such a loudmouth, I'm not saying the likes of Rush Limbaugh aren't (but at least he's been successful, doesn't he have a $400 milllion contract).

This guy is making a living out of being an opinionated loudmouth.

  • This is the kind of loud mouth I can stand. He always has his facts straight.

  • The real wtf is why they got the bailout at all.

It simply doesn't make any sense, and even if you want to argue for it there is no way you can justify giving these companies money with no restrictions, because of course the CEO's are gonna keep paying themselves huge money.

  • because if a bank goes bankrupt everybody who has their money in the bank loses. That's what happened in the Great Depression, everybody's savings were lost.

  • Cenk seems to have a weirdly romanticized idea of capitalism. This is the way it's always been.

  • Totally. I dunno if Cenk really believes in that or he`s just quoting but whenever I read someone sayin "this isn`t REAL capitalism" I`m just puzzled. This IS real capitalism where everything can be turned into a profit, can be bought and sold, including politics and justice.

  • They should have given this guy a choice because of all his failures. I would have voted to offer him the choice of getting his dick shot off and getting the 125 million. Since he failed so immensely, he has to be willing to lose his dick to get that kind of cash. If he isn't willing to lose his wang, then he should get nothing. Problem solved. Next.

  • The Romans would have tied him up in a bag and thrown him into the Tiber for failing so badly.

  • the pulp fiction clip is kinda random

  • 125 Million dollars?!...they should just kick his ass...

  • oh no libertarians!! shoo!

  • Pulp Fiction clip FTW.

  • True, he is screwing over the American taxpayer, but he's only taking $53 million, how much are all of the welfare recipients and medicare/medicaid eligible people taking?

  • porksicle lame comparison. He was fraudulent.

Wait a sec, you´re from the UK, right? You must hate the NHS.

  • Yeah I hate the NHS, I'm not ill why should I pay for people who, immigrants and benefits bastards?

    Its totally unfair.

  • because you might get sick. Because we would pay if it were you who is sick, no matter how ungrateful you are at the mo.

Because migrant workers contribute vastly more to our economy then the cost of providing extra services that need to be provided.

As far as benefits go.. yes there are people who abuse the system, but the vast majority are legitimately unable to work. and we would support you if you were unable to.. that's why it is fair

    It isn't perfect, yet.

  • I may get sick, but Thank God I'm not. Asylum seekers are by enlarge on benefits, and they simply suck out money.

I don't care if they can't work its not up to me to support them, or at least it should not be. Why should I be taxed to pay for someone else's problems, or them to pay for mine.

BTW there's a thing called family and friends, a much better safety net than any statist one.

  • so u wouls have them on the street ans starve?

  • "I may get sick, but Thank God I'm not."

Great, I don't want you to get sick either. But what if you were in an accident and you were unable to afford the emergency procedure. What if you were left unable to work after that, and the cost for you to live far exceeded anything you and your family could afford. So your neighbours are charitable and support you.. what if one of them gets sick? You need a bigger pool of people to help out.. and that is exactly what we have with the NHS

  • No I don't, you assume I have some kind of right to force other people to pay for me, I don't. If they do out of the goodness of their hearts, or I do for them, that's all well and good but there should not be any requirements.

Ultimately when I have to work for another person's benefit (even if there is a middleman, i.e. the state) I am their slave, and that is wrong.

  • I understand where you are coming from. No person has an intrinsic right to impose any law upon another. However, would you agree that protecting Human and Civil rights is likely to benefit, not only society, but all people? Thus we begin by introducing laws to protect those 'rights'. Whilst I again concede that there is no 'right' to enforce such a law, it is however necessary for it to exist for, any society to succeed. A moral one at least. I consider Health a human right, hence my argument.

  • I'm a statist, althought not an extreme one, I'm not an anarchist and I accept the state is there to act as a protector of my rights and accept the existance of some taxes.

However, I don't see that I have any obligation, moral or otherwise, to pay for someone else to feed, clothe or sustain themselves or to have healthcare.

Right? Well yes a right, a right in much the same way as Americans have the right to bare arms but the government does not buy them a gun, see my point?

  • The point is that we are a social species, and more importantly a society, and we help the ones in need (or should at any rate).

As for Asylum seekers.. let them go!

They make up 0.04% of our population and the cost of keeping them is 0.01% of our budget.. I'd say that's not a huge amount, but it's still too much when we grant them nothing close to the human and civil rights our citizens enjoy. and most of them want to do nothing more than work for a living, than be in a prison.

  • I don't think they do wish to work. Firstly let me make my positition clear, we should honour our obligations under international law (various laws which govern this which pre-date the EU) and those obligations are to take in anybody for whom this is the FIRST safe country they come to.

There's a tonne of safe countries in between Afghanistan and Britain, this leads me to believe they have an ulterior motive (benefits???).

  • Like you´re going to ask your friends to pay your medical bills. lol You´re not really English. All my English friends are a lot more sensible than you. Forgive me for not believing you.

Keep thanking God. Sounds like a solid plan.

  • Yep I am, I'm truly English, I'm BNP, not a multiracialist, socialist.

Let me guess in Daniel Hannan not English either because he opposed government run healthcare?

What are you anyway, what's your ethnicity?

I assume your 'English' friends are either leftwingers or not actually English.

  • I doubt you're Spanish, how's that? You like someone accusing you of lying? Not nice is it.

  • I just found it amazing, as all my English friends disagree with you, that´s all. I didn´t mean to accuse you of lying. No, of course I´m not Spainsh. I never said I was. My profile says I live here which I do. Sorry if that´s confusing.

    I respect your opinion.

  • pork You sound like you´re from Alabama or something. Move there and you can be one of the 122 Americans that die every day because they have no insurance. Maybe an ill person will cough on you and suddenly you´ll wish he had insurance. You´re so selfish you don´t realise how this may affect YOU.

Family and friends, what a joke. Become an even bigger burden on your family (if you´re lucky enough to have one) instead of paying NHS. I actually think you´re winding me up.

  • I'd love to live in Alabama, or maybe Texas or somewhere. I'm considering emigrating to the states, I'm sick of this country, most people aren't even English, we're saturated with asylum scroungers, Asians etc

I don't really give a shit about the 122 Americans who die every day becaue of a lack of healthcare, a lot more will die when they have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment with their GP.

  • 3 things if you move to the states:

There is very slight chance by the time you get there, there MIGHT be healthcare.

People will see you as the asylum seeking migrant that you hate so much and then you´ll know what it feels like to be discriminated against. That would be poetic justice.

Correct me if I´m wrong but you sound racist. Even Texas is quickly turning democrat. The few trolls here don´t represent mainstream America.

No sarcasm though. In general I understand how you feel.

  • I am racist, if its racist to resent the fact my country is being colonised.

Immigrants are not discriminated against, if they were fewer would come.

  • youre an idiot

  • Oh how mature, why am I an idiot, because I hate everybody who steals from the taxpayer (i.e. welfare recipients and corporate scumbags) instead of just those who its fashionable to hate?

  • One word: Corporatocracy.

  • 3:14 lol his face

  • pi time

  • Dude, I did the same to my bank account when they tried to make me pay about $10 for a replacement card.

I tore up their chits in front of them and told them where to shove the replacement card.

This is small scale. We should do the same on a large scale.

  • Dude, I WISH I got that much for failing.

    I'd be LOADED by now!

  • Vary good clip, but not only have the corporate raiders and bankers taken over the GOP they are now working on demarcates, and they are doing a good gob of taking over all government. They know how easy it is to divide the people, so we need a website that is for the people by the people. The federal government collected over $18 trillion in the past 8 years and what do we have to show for it,

  • Comment removed

  • The US is certainly one of the most corrupt countries on Earth.

  • This is just absolutely sickening....

  • Of course he FAILED, he went unregulated thanks to captialism gone wild.

  • exactly right... and like buddcinder right below you said... he failed but he really DIDN'T fail because they knew that this would be their golden parachute so they raped the system.

now it's OUR job to keep the pressure on these assholes so that this never happens again.

  • The thing is.......he did not fail. They paid huge bonuses to create a way to access the pesants money. Trillions in handouts they never would have received had things continued by the book.

  • people like this should be declared traitors to the state and sentanced to death.

really they are traitor to humanity but the state will do...

When america fails the rest of the world suffers too.

Imagine the milions of suicides is causes!

    thats milions of manslaugters!

    Thats what they did!

  • The people who should be put in jail should be the God damned politicians who don't fix the system. I'm tired of hearing 10 years, 5 years until such and such takes effect. No... do it now.

Put limitations on the way the top 5% of US corporations can be structured. Simple. Because that way we create guidelines for companies that without regulation have the ability to destabilize our entire economic system.

Completely stop any and all corporate funding to politicians. take the bottle away.

  • i dont normaly advocate capital punishment...

but of all crimes in the world this is the one where you should use the electric chair...

    now that! is an insentive!

  • They should have take his money for failin.

  • the government can't interfere in his contract without some historic amendment that would have to say something like:

If a private corporation or corporate network becomes so large that it's failure threatens to drastically destabilize our financial system than those corporations are no longer considered fully private in terms of their regulatory status. And any corporation in this category that is bailed out by tax dollars in the event that they DO fail waives any right to bonuses etc...

  • O was Big Finances top recipient in 08 to the tune of $40 million. Might explain why 9 months later there has been virtually nothing done to reign in Wall St's excesses.

  • these wall st guys were born with a sliver spoon in their mouth and need to be hanged so an example can made.

  • There u go cenk!! You always speak the truth!! Btw, i laughed my ass off wen u said circle jerk!!

  • I think fondly of the idea of vigilantes.

  • now more than ever, we need a robin hood who takes from the rich and give to the poor.

  • Thank you so much Cenk for laying it between the lines. It has absolutely nothing to do with capitalism, it's completely corporate insiders robbing all of us.

It's the other government in America, the more powerful one.

  • wasn't it was Dodds(d) amendment pushed by Treasury that allowed the bonuses from stimulus money?

cenk, asking for logic is valid but they all, reps and dems, have agendas. it's up to reporters and public to call them on it. both sides.

    i think you're doing a good job!

  • isnt capatolism great

  • Let me see... if someone gave me billions of dollars with no strings attached what would I do?

This is TOTALLY the governments fault.

  • Yeah, the government that is almost entirely owned by the corporations... hmmm wonder why they get billions in bailouts while the taxpayers get no say whatsoever.

  • Also, jldurham - Cenk agrees with you on the fact that the money should be regulated.

Any real democrat worth his salt would say the same. It's just too bad the president isn't gutsy enough to push.

  • jldurham - Not sure where you get the idea that those CEOs are democrats...

but whether or not the CEOs are democrats or republicans does not matter. What matters is that they support deregulation of the industry, which just happens to be a talking point of the republican party.

The real democrats would love to regulate how they spend their TARP money, but the republicans and the CEOs are having a fit about it, and the president isn't pushing hard enough on the issue.

  • it's the american way

  • Psychawareness, Cenk isn't lying at all.

When the majority of a party supports deregulation, it's fair to say "the party supports deregulation". Sure, there are a handful of conservatives who do not feel this way, but they are the exception.

  • Republican/Democrats full of crap they take the money

    we need political donation reform.

  • US Gov. forced Bank of America board to buy Merrill Deal

Bank of America had been seen as one of the strongest US banks, at least until its decision to take over Merrill.

  • I have to interject, aren't most of these high paid CEO's DEMOCRATS!!!! Don't they donate to democratic campaigns?

Don't give me this republican/conservative crap.

They took tax dollars, of course we can regulate their pay. They lost the privilege of regulating it themselves when John Q. Public's money was used.

Jamie Dimon J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.

Lloyd Blankfein Goldman, Sachs & Co.

    John Mack Morgan Stanley

    Vikram Pandit Citigroup Inc.

    Richard Fuld Lehman Brothers Inc.

  • $125M it's that all

  • The government should have included common sense market regulations at the time they gave the banks the TARP money. Now at this point the banks will never agree to market restrictions. They'll use the tax payer funded TARP money to lobby against regulation.

  • Where is a conservative who'll defend this bullshit?

  • i think hes jus a couple of comments above u hgahahah..fukin conservatives

  • Cenk, stop lying. Not the entire republican party agrees with this. I can think of at least one congressman who has always spoken out against this kind of thing.

  • Ron Paul?

  • yes

  • CEOs are basically the ONLY employees left in the private sector that still get pensions. Most private sector employees get shitty 401k's where your retirement is dependent on the stockmarket and you can outlive your money...

  • that is where our own govt. screwed up by allowing it

  • When will you folks realise that too much power in the hands of government will always be abused? On one hand you believe that "the people" can not be trusted to solve "collective" problems in a free market society because "the people" are selfish and will not care about others misfortune, or that they will mostly make wrong decisions, so then you turn to big government to look for solutions and then are surprised about getting it up the butt and out of the wallet? Sad reasoning if you ask me.

  • truefictions, u make a great point!

  • Not sure how you can get negative ratings on that comment. Good point.

  • revolution time

  • Although I think it's rediculous. If his position was contracted they cannot breach it unless he did. If a prime football/baseball player is contracted and the team decides to let him go they still have to buy out his contract as stupid as that. You never hear about ppl complaining how much movie stars and sports figures (especially) get. Does a guy playing baseball really "deserve" millions of $ a year? But ppl get pissed off when a surgeon makes 300K a year..

  • A contract is a contract. There should've been stipulations in the Tarp that prohibited ANY financial gain for any CEO's until every penny borrowed was paid back in full with interest. All pensions and bonuses should've been frozen... period.

  • I agree.

  • Revo-fucking-loution

  • I called and canceled my BofA credit card this morning. The guy who took my call didn't even send me to a retention officer. I wonder if they've been getting a lot of angry calls lately?

  • That's capitalism..

  • Pulp Fiction FTW!

  • Jules, you give this nimrod 125 million dollars, and I'll shoot him on general principles.

  • Kill the fucking banker. I'm not a Christian but even Jesus agrees with me.

  • Hey Cenk! There's a damn Hands off My Healthcare ad right after this clip. Yuck!

  • Yea Fuck Capitalism!!!! I want Obama to tell me what I am worth and by GOD that is what I am worth and no republican can tell me different!!!

  • "This isn't capitalism, it's corporatism." Care to explain what the difference is between the two, Cenk?

  • Capitalism is the free market giving everyone equal opportunity in business. corporatism is doing everything to support the big corporations like the big banks and insurance co.

  • Actually, no, that's not capitalism, and that's not corporatism.

You should start with wikipedia and move your way up from there.

  • He's being scarcastic not scholastic.

  • Its not the by the book definition but its the basic belief of both

  • Oligarchic control of capitalism under the cover of corporate law to subvert the US Constitutional Rights of the natural citizen We the People in favour of the artificial person of the corporation.

Hyenas capitalising on the disorganisation and diversity of We the People using Divide and Conquer techniques.

Finally having control of the Government uses its Police power against We the People, corporatism becoming Fascism.

Nationalism, Racism, Ego-centric religion and intolerance etc.

  • Saying this as a devout liberal, don't you think the dems need a smack across the head too?

  • thanx Obama for bailing out B of A

  • sorry mega, bank of american was bailed out before Obama was president. but i agree he should clean house wit their ass. ;)

  • FUCK CAPITALISM!!! This thieves should go to jail for stealing our money!!! No more bailouts for this fuckers!

  • He's getting $125 million dollars because he did his job Cenk. His job was to screw you stupid idiots over there in the land of the fat and lazy.

  • Not fat enough but yeah I am pretty fucking lazy...

  • and the land of that and lazy is a super power, and the rest of the angst filled world can't ignore the jelly belly. OH NO YOU CAN'T LOOK AWAY1!!1! AH THE HUMANITY!!!!

I'm sure your country is just as corrupt and or evil if not more so /blah blah blah

  • Comment removed

  • I'll give you fat and stupid. We most certainly are, but what aren't is lazy. We work longer hours with less vacation then most industrialized nations. Fat and stupid

    Not lazy

  • Anyone know a bank that won't do shit like bank of america?

I know its a long-shot, but anyone know one?

  • I thought they had to do that risky shit to stay competitive?.. who knows maybe not.

  • i hear you guys in the us also have canadian banks like rbc, bmo, dejardins , TD and scotia.

those banks run under canadian law and are subject to high regulation, i`d go with them

  • "here's what you get, dick" hahaahhahaha

  • all the ads for this video are about voting against the health care bill and defeating obama. wtf?

  • what movie is that? someone please tell me.

  • pulp fiction. its a great movie

  • thanks, I think it's about time I actually watch it :)

  • I blame Wall St. and investment banksters.

  • This is part of the taxpayer money given to bank of america from the federal reserve during the bailouts.

  • Well obviously the CEO is scum.

What would you disagree with in Cenk's statements about this outrage had he not taken a jab at conservatives?

  • i dont think everyone who agrees with him thinks its the GOPs specific fault. at least i dont. not saying they werent involved but no....no one is trying to say that is the only factor that matters here.

  • And you are a fucking idiot
