3:42 You can just put a temporary dumpster down in front of the one standing up tall, making an "L" on it's side. Then put the powerup in the corner of the two dumpsters, wait for it to settle (or count to 10 seconds for best results), then delete your temporary dumpster. The powerup should float. Then put the man cannons on the sides, and there you go! Hope this helps! :D
