@ daftpunkrulerfan1 - yes, i most defiantly  love the Beatles version because, well... it's their song. The brillant minds of the band wrote it. But i sure do love the jazziness and the funk the Carly puts into it. great rendition... a lot better than most of Beatle re-makes.

Eh, you'd also realize that the songs sung are usually edited/rearranged to suit the tastes of the singer or just the time frame. She did a great job, it's hard for a girl to sing this song unless you have some edge to your voice, like her and Janis Joplin. Not that I'm comparing the two, they're like apples and oranges, I guess what I'm saying, is that only fruit should sing this song. :]

I thought she did great on the song. She did mess up in the begining and all, but it was good. People, she's not trying to ruin or make the song better. She's just changing it to fit her voice. People are aloud to do that you know. I think Carly should of won. Her voice is amazing.
