Great video, the people out there look so much better :) I started my diet 3 weeks ago, I was 82 kg and went on the lipotrim programme, i lost 7 kg already and i can see a very big change in myself, change in my body, my face evrything, my target is of losing another 15 kg, so I am keeping up with my 400 calories a day diet :)

I'm fit, and have been for years, but videos like these are always inspiring and show what hard work, determination, and focus can achieve.

While 2/3 of Americans are "fat," most don't have to be and it's not "normal."
