I was thrown off by there being no sound. How long should the straw be before trimming? after trimming? What do you do with what you trim off? Burn it? How large should each "bunch"/handful be? How is the first row started? How do you get your roof on the house? What kind of frame do you need on the house to support a thatched roof? How would you leave room for smoke from the house's cook fire?
