  • he's talking about the racism surrounding politics pre civil rights and how some of that racism still exists post civil rights. He is also saying that voting along racial lines in the modern day is not enough. Nothing racist about it and taking a :30 second soundbite from what I'm sure was at least an hour discussion provides no context. We don't even know what question the moderator put forth.

finally every American has racist tendencies. We have a fucked up history and it can't be helped

  • Clearly taken out of context...move on.

  • What's racist about this?

  • I'm sorry, but to take a thirty-four second clip out of an entire talk and then label a man racist on the basis of that clip is beyond intellectual and moral bankruptcy. You didn't even show the conclusion of the point he was making here, let alone provide context for the rest of the talk. Nonsense!

  • Doesn't seems racist, but it looks like his mind is starting to go.

  • The only racism I see here is demonstrated by the video maker, not Bill Cosby.

  • BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND what makes him a racist do you know what the word racist means.

  • What he is saying is that No matter if your ass is black or white, youre getting the same treatment and just because back in the days because you were black and you were more powerfull because of the movement and people were scared to be called a racist etc its not like that today. Aka were all equal mothafuckas

  • I think he was speaking simply about what exists.. not what he "thinks".. What he is talking about is definitely something that exists in society. And who ever posted this was tryin to make him look like a racist?... poor job.

  • Out of context.

  • Stupid old fart what an idiot .

  • ..SO BILL COSBY TALKING ABOUT *SELL OUT* BLACK POLITICIANS WHO SELL OUT THEIR OWN PEOPL FOR A LITTLE POSITION WITH WHITE PEOPLE MAKES HIM A RACIST?? LÕLÕL ..I GUESS IM RACIST TOO THEN

  • @omahni2 Dude you hit caps lock!

  • He looks much like Ray Charles

  • Either every group has the right to self-determine, or no group has the right to self-determine. There is no middle ground. Rather, any attempt to claim a middle ground is typically the true pathway of unfairness and actual bigotry, which is the only racism in America today. The crazy people mixing out their bloodlines and the KKK, Black Panthers, and La Raza are just more of the same tired BULLSHIT that I am more and more sick of. I personally value liberty, and I will side with Racial Freedom!

  • It's about time for everyone to resolve their two conflicting ideas about racism in America. If you believe that it's racist for White People to advocate their own interests as a group, but that it is not racist for Black People to advocate their own interests as a group, then you are a hypocrite. There are a lot of those today. Maybe it's time that people decide whether anyone can advocate their own interests, or whether no one can.

  • misleading title is quite the understatement

  • I must be a lot dumber than the other 912 people that commented on this video. Because can't make sense of it without proper context.

  • ** What do you call an elevator full of white people? --- A box of crackers.** I'm allowed, because I'm white. (Extra points for spotting the sarcasm in the last sentence. Go crazy, you racist bastards (just do it in good humor). :)

  • @Yalf111 What do you call an entire population of blacks underwater? A good start LOLOLOL I'm allowed, im white :)

  • @ilovemesomechicken Concept fail, or troll win? Hmm...

  • @Yalf111 Troll win :D But for its kinda racist to say blacks cant say whites jokes ya cracka fuck

  • Something tells me this has been taken grossly out of context. I'm a white Australian girl and I grew up listening to Bill Cosby comedy cassette tapes. From what I know of Bill Cosby, he is a great man promoting equality. The biggest hinderance to it right now is that blacks seem to be their own worst enemy right now. Care needs to be taken that your perception of the world and it's feelings towards you (or black people, white people, etc), haven't been skewed to the overly negative.

  • WHY IS BILL COSBY DRESSED LIKE RAY CHARLES???

  • Bill Cosby tells it like it is

  • Bill isn't sayin not a damn thing that we dont talk about amongst ourselves. He's just bringing it to light.

  • BILL COSBY IS OUT OF TOUCH WITH PRESENT DAY REALITY..

  • It's not racist is true

  • wut the fuck is this!! this is NOT friggin racist!! hes a good man and knows wut hes talking about!!! ge us black and has a right to speak his opinion! idk y the fuck u wood put a video on like this....STUPID!

  • Ray Charles .

  • Dr King said "...justice is indivisible; injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere..." and a "black caucus", like a 'white caucus' or a 'latino caucus' etc are racist. They deal with how issues affect a group and we need wiser men who will address issues that affect AMERICA...and AMERICANS. Issues are color blind and those who are elected to deal with them do a grave injustice to this nation to not recognize this fact. Restore AMERICA in 2012 Ron Paul for president

  • WHAT, THE, FUCK. Why do black people have the right to be racist and get away with it nowadays? I mean seriously, take responsibility for the things you do that makes life harder for yourself, and stop blaming white people. Yes, there are still white supremacists out there, I know, I've found and debated against them. But black racism is a serious problem now that nobody is addressing. I hate ALL racists no matter what color they are, racism needs to be annihilated ENTIRELY across the board.

  • @theSneakySasquatch

You need to count yourself in with the White supremacists!! Classic White racist sentiments you are expressing. It is White folks fault b/c it's the White folks system. You promote your racist ideology and culture and practice your discrimination 24/7 via education, law, language, religion, and the media. The only fault of Black folks is CONTINUING TO ALLOW RACISTS WHITE FOLKS RUN US AND TELL US WHAT TO DO AND NOT STAND TOGETHER TO GET YOU OFF OF OUR BACKS!

  • @everagej Just maybe... It could be you are limited by your own ideas about how disadvantaged you are (glass ceiling effect). It's not your skin colour, or others limiting you, but fear. But admitting that means you have to participate (scarey), and go after what you want without making excuses as to why you shouldn't/ it's hopeless. Each person has excuses they graple with that get in the way of fighting for their dreams. You are limited by anything if you believe you are.

  • @Yalf111 parents in the lower economy would step up and train care of their kids better then the kids wouldnt turn into loud mouthed little bullies that dont give a shit about school because all "black people" have to play basketball. oh no wait the parents cant do that because black culture has popularized the dehumanization of women as "bitches." maybe if they didnt tell everyone to be "pimpin hoes," and "gettin bitches" sex would actually mean something. oh no wait, maybe if yall would just

  • @theSneakySasquatch Yes, but at some point children become adults. I could blame my parents for many many things and use that as an excuse not to do or be a lot of things... But in the end I'm responsible for changing my thinking. I do agree that popularising women as hoes is terrible, but it will eventually fall out of fashion. Being a drop-kick asshole with no prospects isn't very inspiring long-term.

  • @Yalf111 yes and these adults are firmly instilled with the mentality of the culture theyve been surrounded with their entire life and continue to perpetuate it. also im not rtying to be an asshole to black people here. a few of my best friends in the whole world are black and have risen above the stereotypical peer pressure that culture puts on them and have become their own individual unique person. as a result we are extremely close and are more like brothers than friends. i agree... sortof

  • @Yalf111 my bad i hit respond on the wrong comment lol

  • @everagej if said "white folks" one more time id a called you a coon! lol just messing with ya, just a joke. A RACE RELATED BUT NOT RACIST JOKE. did i spell it out clear enough for you to read through that veil of victimized self pity you have over your eyes? no? well lemme put it this wayblack culture dominates pop culture nowadays, actin like a ghetto "black man" (another stereotype you've brought on yourselves) is considered cool. blacks are treated equally in education, but maybe if black

  • @everagej maybe if yall would just sit down and listen to the meaning of a sermon istead of yelling and screaming, and yellin hallelujah every two words the pastor says you guys might let the "Christian values" that you weigh so heavilly in your culture actually sink in. law? maybe you should stop building this stereotypical image of yourselves as loud mouth trouble makers with the popularization of bad habits in your own culture, maybe people would look at you differently.

  • @everagej as it is a black person is on the news %75 of every crime report becuase of these self stereotyping, and self deprivating popular views. as for fucking politics you have a GOD DAMN BLACK PRESIDENT who got elected before he was even in the senate for two years becuse every black person in the country voted for him based on his skin color and not his policies, and hasnt done shit in four years. YEAH raise a God damn HALLELUJAH for the mofo who kills all us white people holding you back

  • @everagej HAVE I MADE MY FUCKING POINT YET!? or did eminem the fucking white wonder that "shoulda been black" block out everything that couldve reached your ears? yeah its definately WHITE PEOPLE that are holding you down. (SARCASM)

  • @theSneakySasquatch

Just like you doing now. Trying to tell Black folks how to live, how to think, and how to behave. CLASSIC GOD COMPLEX. Screw you.

  • @theSneakySasquatch what did he say that was racist

  • if you ever met bill cosby in person you will quickly find out that he HATES WHITE PEOPLE with a passion. i personally watched him push a retarded white kid out of a photo shoot during the special olympics and request a black kid to take his place. he's a douchebag.

  • @murraysdaddy good job Bill cause I thought he was a sellout!

  • Where's the rest of this program? How do you declare and condem a person based on 34 seconds of propaganda?

  • I didnt know bill was a leader i lead my self not some old ass man trying tell me what to do.if you hate blacks cool dont hang out with us or our music cool. go live with the whites. I'm pretty sure they dont want you in the neighborhoods lol

  • Why do you call him a racist? Because he speaks the truth in saying blacks are keeping themselves down and has the audacity to ask them to take responsibility for themselves?

RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT. Grow up and get enlightened.

    Before it's too late.

  • @IlliniDave68 exactly. they get mad because someone is calling them out(whites dont because then that would be "racist") and blacks, such as even obama's, dont call them out..they justify it...and others blame whites. its just pathetic! and bill calls them out to man up, and stop being anothers statistic..and what happens, he's racist. its just sad. this country is fucked, and its not getting any better

  • @carrottop3127 IT'S CRAZY HOW WHEN YOU IDENTIFY PROBLEMS AND TRY TO RESOLVE THEM IN AMERICAN SOCIETY IN YOUR OWN COMMUNITY, PEOPLE ON THE OUTSIDE CALL YOU RACIST WHO THEMSELVES ARE THE GREATEST OPPRESSORS... IT'S NOT RACIST TO HELP YOUR OWN, BUT WHAT IS NECESSARY FOR THE SURVIVAL OF ANY RACE!!!

  • @carrottop3127

Its obviously another PUNK wanting to justify its urge to deprave us.

More often I tend to see people fit descriptions in scripture.

There is a pattern in this behavior: Gulf of Tonkin, Pearl Harbour, Reichstag fire, Operation Northwoods and ofcourse... 911

    JayJBee

"The beast wants to play victim to justify the slaughter"

  • Bullshit. This was taken out of context. Bill's hardly a racist, and stands as one of the more powerful (though often ignored) voices in the black community. I have nothing but respect for a man that speaks so boldly to the ridiculous, solvable issues facing his own people. He takes A LOT of shit for it, and I commend him for trying.

  • Black people just keep Holding themselves back.

  • @ThatScottishGuy2010 Yes, but it's not "just" that. Myopia is a tough condition, I here.

Bill came up as, basically, a negro minstrel. I'd harbor resentment too; you have to know show biz is the most bigoted business in the world.

  • Change this title to Bill the Realist and i will like and favorite this

  • @brad9825

    I hate the Brad9825 race. They're stupid :P

  • just him shaking his head is funny

  • Fuckng idiot's. HOW IS BILL RACIST HERE?!! If you will look at the friendship, respect, and chemistry with him and Robert Culp, HOW THE FUCK can you call Cosby a racist?

  • Maybe someday we can cease to bicker, argue, fight, hate, disdain, discriminate, point fingers at, or make miserable, just to hear the echoes of our own voices. You people (MOST. not all commenting below) are treating others opinions as a sounding board for your own insecurities, when in fact, they are just personal opinions.

It's ok to just sit and listen to someone elses experiences. It's how we learn.

  • Dr. Cosby spoke an opinion; Not about race... but power. The ironic thing about the politics of the disadvantaged voter... as long as this voter is 'ideologically' committed, you will keep the leadership... in spite of how bad it gets! Anybody who speaks about race and can't give a working solution... it's about 'surfing' over the blood from the exit wounds to get a civil service position without an intent of payback! You don't 'fight' the power, you take it... one election at a time!

  • I love bill cosby, i think in his later years, he is distressed at the "new" opportunity offered by years of positive legislation, although, due to factors among ignorant younger blacks, they stay away from what would be a windfall for them. It is reflected in the ebonics and attitude of the time. I wish for Blacks to move up, they seem to hold themselves back. God bless Mr. Cosby for being..very, very, brave. God loves you Bill. So do I!

  • Never call somebody something without showing their statement's entire context. peace

  • Its easier to just blame white people than it is to take responsibility for your own education, household, family, drug abuse, neighborhood, and culture.

  • Real Talk!

  • Not Racist

  • You are so true, some people are not looking for information, all they want to do is argue. I totally agree with you!!!

  • This isn't in enough context.

  • You are obviously not very sophisticated. People who criticize the U.S are also un-patriotic right ?

  • Yeah, yeah, raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyccciiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssstttttttt.

Maybe if you'd listened to people like him more, you may have benefited more from the struggles of the Civil Rights era. I may be white, but he seems to be talking sense to me, sense that applies to all humanity.

  • Define racist, please. Name calling and character assassination is the refuge of people with weak intellectual arguments. Bill Cosby is know for advocating self-reliance and for stepping up and taking responsibility for your life instead of blaming things on everyone else. I challenge the poster to tell us why commenting on the realities of life is racist.

  • @coolarrow737

It's a never ending circle though. That's the real problem. What can you do as a parent if you were undereducated yourself? I agree that the solutions lie in house. But to completely absolve anyone else of blame is just giving them a pass to continue doing it. The way the GOP speaks, black people have always been on equal footing in this country. The way they would explain it, the rape victim is really to blame because she shouldn't have been in the situation in the first place.

  • lebron traveled

  • I don't know in what context he is saying these things, so am not going to call him racist. Even the things he does say doesn't come off as racist to me.

  • Bill Cosby is not racist; you are ignorant.

  • @Kazuyya2011

You are ignorant and ignorant as HELL. we have a problem when only 50% of young men in the community can't graduate highschool because they are too busy trying to immulate gangster rappers.

  • Bill cosby is not racist. He is awake unlike the rest of the black comunity. Keep doin what ya doin Bill, me and other contious black people will support you!!

  • ur just trying to make him look bad but it doesn't work ......retards he is the best and will stay the best so don't go around trying to reck his reputation cauz it ain't working here so go try it on sum1 else u bastardz

  • I don't think it's dislike. It's more of the "white" notion that minorities are going to fall for the same old empty promises and hysteria that the demagogues (like you-know-who) are going to force feed them with. People of ANY color can depend on this-in Nov 2012 you can vote out the destructive teflon coated politicians who are destroying this once proud nation and replenish DC with some bright business-minded leaders who will keep gov't off our backs so we can live our lives.

  • i dont know what he's talking about, the clip's too short

  • RIGHT ON BILL!!! SPOT ON!!

  • 272nd thumbs down.

  • @pakleglia Black ...and white ...I'm racist now! D:

  • At least Bill Cosby talks normal Enlgish. You go Bill!

  • maybe whole vid

  • What is he talking about?

  • @TheAmazingJimmy

He's saying that Black politicians used to stand up for the dignity of blacks, but they have now been coopted by the white liberal establishment, and in order to keep their power they promote policies that keep black people poor and unmotivated through welfare, uneducated through a horrific educational system, and keep the population umbers down by supporting abortion.

Bill Cosby is being labeled a racist because he is speaking out against the establishment.

  • I believe if blacks followed Booker T's plan of "Industry, Thrift, Intelligence, and Property," they would be like Asian Americans today in academic and socioeconomic standing, but MUCH stronger. But blacks decided to strictly follow WEB Dubois and his philosophy of stronger protest for civil rights. While this path ensured equality under the law, in hindsight Booker T's aims would've resulted in deeper and more pervasive black success today. Because his was all about cultural development.

  • @takfam07

    Amen!

  • This is a typical propaganda technique used by many people. Show 30 seconds of someone speaking, out of context, and judge them on that. Many people do it like Fox News, for instance, will quote someone out of context and then replay that quote over and over again until, through repitition, their audience believes it.

  • @Jshect

And of course liberals and MSM NEVER DO THAT!!!!

Give me a break. What's funny is that Bill appears to be speaking out against white liberal democrats who coopted black politicians to push their agenda in the inner cities. An agenda that keeps inner city blacks complacent with govt handouts. and an agenda that tells poor black kids that they can't learn simply because they are poor black kids, the term "soci-ecinomical" comes to mind.

  • Lol reporters say afterwards cosby went home and while eating fried chicken from popeyes a man in a white uniform stabbed him

  • Even cosby knows he's a nigger, good for him!

  • Kobe is better than Lebron!

  • "They're in ka-HOOT-HOOT-KA-JOOTS!"

  • @pakleglia You so telling it like it is.

  • @pakleglia I wish I would run across these Black people who disagree with him...smh. The media keeps making it seem as if Blacks are offended with Bill or are in disagreement with him. I just haven't seen any evidence supporting this. What Bill says isn't new or revolutionary to the Black community at all. He's just shedding light on a subject Blacks know all too well.

  • @pakleglia You're making that up. Every Black person I know agrees with Bill. These discussions have been going on in the Black community for years. Bill just used his celebrity status to bring it to the forefront.

  • Bill is not a racist !!!

  • Lotsof blacks dislike other blacks who tell it like it is.

  • lies, half truths and innuendos. this isn't racism, otherwise post the entire clip!

  • This is silly. Of course the thing Bill Cosby say is NOT racism.

  • Ok people. Full clips need to be played if we're going to accuse people of racism.

  • oh come one play the whole fucking clip idiot barely got his point

  • I agree that blacks generally have less opportunities than whites.

But I think that black people would have more sympathy if they stopped sensationalizing the issue.

For example I don't believe that AIDS was invented by white scientists to kill black people.

Unfortunately in America there seems to be two extremes. Either black people are seen as lazy welfare cheats, or saintlike victims of a evil white supremacist fascist dictatorship.

  • @DrunkenPoetic I think it raises questions. 1% of white people have the cure for aids in their body, and they are the only race that has the cure in their body. So what does that tell you? The AIDS virus probably stems from a white person. Therefore it was probably created from the GOV. to exterminate black people. Maybe i'm wrong, but i'm good at connecting clues. Like for example, FOX news is one of the most racist networks.Definition of FOX-deceive someone, Behave in a cunning or sly way

  • That's internet logic dude.

  • @DrunkenPoetic No it's logic.

  • @7Know7Thy7Enemy7 ohh really? But there is a cure for aids that for some reason only has effect on black people does that mean black people created aids? and lets say some white person created aids, what does that have to do with the rest of the white people?

  • @7Know7Thy7Enemy7 there is no cure for aids there is treatment that will let you live longer i.e. magic Johnson but the reason why is because each person has different DNA in our bodies and AIds can change it's shape so it could confuse our antibodies so it doesn't know if this is the Aids virus or one of our own cells, For example this is why we get a flu shot every year (this layman terms i didn't want to type this in textbook definition) white people don't have the cure in their body...

  • Why is he wearing shades indoors?

  • Is that ray charles?

  • The white Left's contempt for blacks is so deep, they have an investment in seeing blacks identify themselves as victims. So blacks are told that they are victims. Meanwhile, some stong, self respecting blacks speak out about taking care of their own community (Bill Cosby, Tom Sowell, Shelby Steele, Col. Allen West, Ward Connerly, Clarence Thomas) they are slandered as uncle Toms. If black communities want to improve their situations, they have to stop seeing themselves as victims.

  • Bill is simply saying that Black people have adversaries who are also Black as well as White adversaries. People are offended by the truth. Bill has been around a long time and has been in the company of whites (jews, gentiles) and Blacks (american, caribbean,&african). His concern is Black people defining themselves in this world.

  • Not enough there to put his statements in context.

  • ugh not racist just saying black or white politicians suck. thats what I took out of it.

  • people will call anything racist these days... if bill speaks out against the way a lot of the black community acts, i vote that he's spot on. do any of you live in bigger cities, in the shadier parts of town? ive always noticed that the most tolerant people are the ones furthest removed from ghetto b.s.

  • I think Bill is just saying that racial differences arn't as "black and white" as they used to be.

  • wtf is he talking about i don't understand at all lol maybe i'm too white

  • @calvinlove0 No context whatsoever and I am black!

  • @level242 lol awesome i was starting to think i was more inherently racist (format he media) than i thought

  • Wow, I'm am amazed at how the blame is being thrown left and right for something that happened a lot of years ago. Granted. A lot of shitty things happened back then on behalf coloured people all around the globe (not only africans had it tough), but I would like to think that the hard work of some of the great leaders, ie Dr. King, hasn't been in vain. He didn't fight for people to keep biggering about what their ancestors did. He fought for equallity. People we are all the same race. HUMANS!

  • i thought this old darkie was dead?

  • The point he is trying to make is that all politicians are alike and they're out for themselves.

  • How was that racist at all?

  • Bill Cosby is a Boule nigger that got away with rape, just like the cracker

as cracker did in the past.

  • thats real shit, fuck u talk'n bout brad

  • to super king!! i understand all you say except this. you have no knowledge on the subject of the past. so you know my friend all races have been bombed and enslaved due to race color and so on. further more back in the day hundreds of years ago.

  • Maybe he should vote with his palm next time

  • @SuperKingJingaling - Because he is almost blind.

  • Racism is feeling your race is superior to another and then acting on it. For example, Slavery, 3/5 human being law, Civil rights, kkk, skin heads etc, etc. He's responding to racism, but some white people are too closed minded and/or delusional to understand that. When we bomb entire cities of whites , enslave whites just because their white, lynch whites, put on dumb ass white clown suits and burn crosses on white people's lawns....then you can call african-americans racist.

  • @ruggidterrain.. I don't really care either way. But you can't generalize all whites are racist. Nor can you say that whites were not lynched or enslaved. Also, there are radical groups similar to the stupid KKK like the stupid New Black Panther Party. All radical groups are a bunch of loonies

  • @smwvikings44 I totally agree with you. I know whites were lynched along side with blacks because they believed in freedom and equality for all. I was merely responding to the whole reverse racism card I see being pulled out a lot these days. Just wanted to put things in perspective. Yeah, the "new" Black Panther Party is a bit skewed in their approach causing them to be no better than the skin heads or KKK. Their allowing themselves to be overcome with emotion due to the 400+ yr history.

  • @smwvikings44 most whites are.YOU GO TO SOME ONLINE CHAT OR ANYTHING WHERE THEY CANT FACE YOU,AND THE SLURS AND ABUSE COME OUT QUICKLY...IM CONSTANTLY ONLINE,AND ITS ALL I HERE..RACISM..AND THE WORST PART,ARE THE YOUNG ONES..THEY ARE THE WORST,SOOOOOOOOO..MY QUESTION IS,,,,WHERE ARE THEY GETTING IT FROM..COULD IT BE SCHOOL..OR IS IT THERE PARENTS..IT HASNT BEIN THAT LONG,,ALOT OF THE WHITE POPULATION ARE STILL FROM THAT ERA..OPPRESSION IS ALL THEY KNOW..

  • @The98knuklz. And what percentage of the white population do you believe to be constantly online? It is, in my belief, a small populous whom may have prejudice. AND you severely need to re-think your grammar and paragraph structure..

  • @smwvikings44 The stupidist thing is try to clear white man(or men) out of this racist mess? Who enslaved these black people and made themwork for no more than food to survive? those ungenerlized not racist white man didn't do this. Then who did? "Well, I am not racist" guess what, you owe what you are today to your grand parents and they were racist. They managed to establish the standard oil. Uniter Steel, General Motors etc. and we shouldn't generilze? Yeah, right.

  • @Fussinated When Abraham Lincoln wanted to send the slaves back to their native countries he ran into a major road block, the slaves did not want to go back because they had it so good here, in fact majority of the freed slaves continued to work for their previous slave owners because they were treated well. Aside from the occasional slave owner abusing their slaves, majority of slave owners treated them very well. Treat your slaves well and they work, abuse them and you hurt you productivity.

  • @grendel1013 Well you have some quite ill ideas and you try to back them up with false reasonings. If what you say is right, then those poeple who enslaved the black and doing them a favor, di and still do a favor to those American natives by stealing theor gold and destroyeing thier culture and in some cases whole tribes. With your rationale those golds and buffalo were too much of aburden for them and you freed the natives from them. >>

  • @Fussinated You are comparing Apples to Oranges. I base my ideas on FACTS.

  • @grendel1013 What facts? Like you actually love criminals because you put them in jail and feed them for free kind of facts?

You are one messed up dude if you are sincere in your arguments, and one ill minded dude if you are trying to be funny.

  • @grendel1013 2-) Now you have to wake up, those people not only enslaved the black, they demolished the Native culture in Americas, they killed animals to their distinction as long as they made monye out of them. The only good possible could came out of those people, is confession of barbarianism and to be the culprit underneath of all evils of today.

  • @Fussinated Being of Native American descent I don't agree with how the Settlers of the U.S treated the Natives. But there is a huge difference in what happened to the American Natives and the Blacks. tribes in Tribes in Africa abducted and sold opposing Tribes to the Whites. Blacks sold Blacks to slavery. Whites just profited off the Tribe wars in Africa. White Settlers wanted to eradicate the Native Americans, not enslave them. Native Americans had /have it worse than Blacks in the U.S.

  • @Fussinated Slavery in the U.S was the BEST thing that happened to Blacks. Let me Illiterate. When the Blacks were brought here from Africa as slaves, they did not have to hunt for food, worry about building shelter, Viruses and diseases from Africa, wild animals killing them along with opposing tribes trying to kill you. We gave them free food, housing, medical treatment, clothing, etc. All they had to do was obey their masters.

  • @Fussinated. The "stupidest"(correction on your grammar) mistake is for you to forget that, while black folks were enslaved, whites were also enslaved. By other whites. In my opinion, if I personally am equal and respectful towards others, nothing is owed of me to them. And your comment on monopolizing companies of the day being established is quite irrelevant.

  • @ruggidterrain you couldn't be,more right..but i hate to say it,blacks are racist to at times.they are constantly attacking Hispanics..i see it all the time, everywhere anywhere and at any given time...its gotten to the point where they just walk around jumping them and having there way..and that you cant denie, cuz it was all over the news..3 blacks and 2 white boys...just beat this one hispanic to death, just for being a diff race,,and that was just 1 report.n this happens daily.

  • @ruggidterrain You sir are Ignorant. Out of all the minorities in the U.S Blacks cry the loudest. Blacks have more opportunities here in the U.S, they just choose to not use them, they rather sit on their asses, collect their State aids, and complain about YT doing them wrong. BTW, there is a Black version of the KKK, it's called the Black Panther party. Enslave Whites? Blacks can't even run a country never mind try to control a whole racial population.

  • @grendel1013 Seem comfortable expressing your views here like this is some diary of yours, but let's keep things in perspective. Name calling is merely a reflection of SELF; so thanks, I see you more clearly now. Ignorant. Now, maybe you should re-read my last comment...seems you're loosing track of the banter. Is it ADD? ADHD? Or no, maybe Dyslexia? You've made countless accusations with no direction. Seems you get off on spitting BS statements to see who gets "angry". Clearly, wasted energy.

  • @ruggidterrain Take your own advice. I have responded to this video from a logical point of view, and you, like the troll you are, are so quick to sling crap at people. I am open for an intelligent debate, and you sir have not brought any thing to the table that is worthwhile. All I can read from your statements is ignorance free from any facts. Until you can provide any kind of real facts, and not your own personal feelings on the issue, your responses are null and void.

  • @grendel1013 You are right on a lot of the facts, and you might be right about some of them having it better in the U.S.A. than they did in Africa, but I'll have to disagree strongly with you if you think that clothes and food rectifies it. Clothes, food, housing and medical care still doesn't change the fact that they were treated like objects. A piece of property. They simply didn't have their freedom. So please don't try and make it look like the Africans was done a great favor in slavery.

  • @Ymer85 Yeah, they had it so bad that when given an option to go back to their native countries, they refused. And even continued to work for their previous slave owners even after being freed. Freedoms? to do what? They have freedom now and they still have not contributed anything to society, they were more productive as slaves. If they still think they have it so bad, they can always go back to Africa, they can have all the freedoms they want there.

  • @grendel1013 They didn't have the freedom to get an edducation, buy their own house, live their lives as they pleased or seek new employment if they weren't happy with the terms of their employment. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be happy under those conditions. And no contributions? I want you to remember that sentence everytime you ride an elevator, drive an auto shift car, mow your lawn, enjoy the effects of an airconditioner, use the internet, get a blood transfusion or have open heart surgery

  • @Ymer85 First off Blacks did not invent those. Whites from the U.S or from Europe did. Google Black invention myths. That would set the facts straight. Secondly, all the things you stated were far better than where they came from in Africa. The slave traders took them from a hostile environment where death was the norm, and introduced them to a civilized way of life. Back then there was no negotiating pay rates, working conditions, etc even for the Whites.

  • @grendel1013 I hardly ever google stuff like that seing that most of the bigger sites like Wikipedia is full of "facts" written by the public. Anyone can go on wikipedia and write whatever they "know" to be right on there. I'd much rather rely on books at the library. But enough about that. I'm not gonna discuss this subject with you any further. I disagree with you and I believe firmly that we are all humans and as such we should all be treated with the same honor and respect. End of story.

  • @Ymer85 I don't use any Wiki, and if you think that Google is all about Wikis then you are seriously misinformed, and obviously don't know how to use the net. I also read books at the library, so what's your point? Books can be just as biased as well, that is why I use statistics and base my judgements on articles by actual creditable sources, and not extreme left wing liberals that want to fudge facts to make a minority group feel better about them selves.

  • @Ymer85 That's not true. Black people really didn't invent all of those things. Some of them, ut some just made additions and it has been twisted to say blacks were the first to do them. Just makes you look desprerate to claim those as black inventions. It's really not true. Not saying there haven't been brilliant, innovative black people, but they really didn't invent all of those things.

  • @mamacornettesmoney Hmmm the Danish word for contribution doesn't mean invent, just means that you brought something to a certain subject. But hey, my mistake then. And if it makes me look desperate then so be it. I am just stating my points of view, and I think them to be fair and respectful all the way through.

  • @Ymer85 Fair and respectful, yes. You are just presenting false info as if it were fact. It's a common, and realatively recent, myth that many of those things you listed were invented by black people, when in reality, they just had significant contributions in those fields by black people. But they were not "invented" by black people. There is a lot of false info out there about black contributions. In the past, black contributions were more overlooked, now they are often overstated.

  • @grendel1013 They were all contributions of black people, and there's many more where that came from.

  • @Ymer85 Really? Like what? Every single invention that the Blacks have tried to take credit for have been refuted. The only reasons why they get into any position of authority is through Affirmative action. All they do is suck up tax payers money to support their lazy asses, or to keep them in jail.

  • @ruggidterrain There was no "3/5 human being law" AMAZING how little we understand US history.

Not saying this to defend slavery at all, but the idea that the Constitution said slaves were 3/5 human is NONSENSE. Read the law yourself. It very clearly lists slaves as HUMANS who are in "servitiue". The 3/5 was for the purposes of census records/taxation/congressional representation, etc. And it applied to ALL those in "servitude," not just blacks, though they made up the majority of "servants"

  • @ruggidterrain Also, that law only applied to SLAVES, no matter what color they were, not to free blacks. Yes, blacks made up the vast majority of slaves at that time and the vast majority of blacks in the US were slaves, but the law is NOT saying blacks are 3/5 of a human. It's a shame that people understand US history so little and buy into that crap when all you have to do is look the law up and read it. It's clearly stated.

  • RACIST!

  • What is racist about this clip? Because the made a reference to the color of skins? What was denied? How was discimination a factor? Where was anyone excluded from anything? Man, some people need to learn what things really are and mean instead of parroting what they hear from 3rd parties who probably heard from someone who was doing he same? smh

  • Wow...out of context, much?

  • Oh yeah, there are a lot of black people that scoff at other blacks for being black. I've encountered some of them on my campus. Yes, they do work in cahoots with some of the whites but that's in every race. There are some Asian, Native American, Latino, Middle Eastern people that are just like that. I'm not referring to all of them collectively. I'm only speaking about some of them who think that white people's ice is colder, choose to assimilate, and forget who they are.

  • It's a quote taken out of context. He's referring to voting during the Jim Crow era of politics.

You know, when the KKK and the White Citizens' council ran everything and Blacks were utterly and openly oppressed?

Voting for someone Black back then meant you were voting for someone who had Black people's best interests at heart. But not anymore with people like Clarence Thomas, J.C. Watts. Michael Steele, etc.

    THAT'S what he was saying.

  • Yet another excellent point taken out of context by some ignoramus with a video editor.

  • @SpiritualSearch101 The problem with the analogies people always use are, there is no history of slavery, lynchings, jimcrow, segregation or a good ol' boy network, to go along with these analogies. Now when you add in these factors you can understand why some blacks especially an older gentleman like Cosby who went through some of the for mentioned history would go out his way to insure blacks to have a job even if it was not long term.

  • Yeah Cosby is a racist after all these years someone finally got the goods on him pause excuse me YEAH RIGHT try again I think someones a little ''hyper-sensitive'' brad9825 I'm looking in your direction.
