  • Shaolin kung fu, the music, and the setting of kung fu panda is set during the Ming Dynasty. (1368-1644).

  • I love when they see he is the dragon warrior =D Especially Tigris. So good. LOVE THIS!

  • This song should be on a Mulan music video.

  • Every soundtrack that has part of Oogway Ascends I will fall in love with <3

  • I LOVE THIS SONG

  • 0:21 *gasps in awe* Look. The Dragon Warrior.

  • 2 people lost their restaurant in a game of mahjong

  • Im thinking of using this peice of music for a figure skating comp. im 13 and im looking for a maddd peice of chinese/oriental music, could you suggest anything.

  • @kjsk8ing Decree of the suchong general from kung hutle warrants a definite listen

  • @captshak thanks so much :) i really appreciate it ;) i find it really hard to find the perfect music!!! haahaha i have a comp tomorrow lol xx thanks again :D

  • I thought the sad part in the middle was a piece by itself. Now I'm kind of disappointed...just slightly.

  • @Iciebleu Have you listened to "Oogway ascends"? That sounds a lot like the middle of this one, just a bit louder. Check it out :)

  • I think the ONLY part of the movie that I didn't like was the fact that Tigress was all FML all the time, where in the 2nd she wasn't.

But I loved this movie so much <3

  • w8!

The movie is that old already!

I thought this just came out like... last year.

  • @JustinBlottin yep, it makes me feel old for sure...

  • 1:26 to the end is amazing

  • very good movie and the chinese soft tune was also very good and sad....

  • This Movie deserves a Fucking Oscar.

  • Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom of Doom

  • @budblud Kaboom?

  • @mac19971 its the sequels name

  • @budblud Not anymore, it ain't.

  • 0:24 - 0:37... one of my favourite parts of the movie

  • @ShijunUchiha

    YES!

  • "Wanna get something to eat?"

    *sighs* "... ... Yeah."

I like the closing of this piece. 3:12-3:22. Simple, peaceful, and serenely happy. It was a good way to end the movie.

  • ha i thought you info box said that it was the year of the panda, which it so totally should be!

  • SEQUEL!!!!!!!!!

  • Po: "No! Master! No No No! Don't die, Shifu. Please..."

Shifu: "I'm not dying, you idiot-- ah, Dragon Warrior."

  • the people who disliked couldn't handle the awesomeness and got skidoosh'd

  • 0:40 = awesome

  • Do you notice that disney uses the same types of songs? Like the best. How to train your dragon is similar to these types of songs, with violin and picolo or flute its amazing.

  • @Keoni109 Haha, its not Disney its Dreamworks. The Kung Fu Panda score sounds similar to How to Train Your Dragon's score because both are composed by the amazing John Powell.

  • @Keoni109 well of course. Disney and dreamworks take que from each other. They have respect for each other's films, i wouldn't be surprised if a dreamworks / disney pixar film eventually surfaced.

  • @flame6753 There's an idea. Mix in Warner Brothers and have a sequel to "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" where the cell animated characters are afraid of CGI takeover (as almost happened the last decade).

  • Good lord, I love chinese music. It's so zesty and epic yet soft and sad all at the same time <3 something about it always hit me really deep <3

  • plzzz any1 tel me d name of music.....

  • @2222shri omg dumbfuck the title is its name...why do ya think are there titles for??!?!?! OMG DUMBFUCK!!!

  • I'm not dying you idiot! ur, Dragon Warrior...

  • I love the asians no doubt they have fancy stuff expescially Kung fu!!! i wish i can learn kung fu and be good at it :,)

  • no shifu dont die im [shifu] im not die'n u idiot uhh dragon warrior

  • oh how i love this movie : D

  • I love it: Shifu and Tai Lung's battle was epic, with thunder and lightening and blue-fire-covered-paws, and Pole and Tai Lung's had me in hysterics long after the movie had finished. ^_^ what a contrast.

*Oh, and I see Hans Zimmer has composed the music to..what's this..another of my favourite films!!

    INCROYABLE!!

  • @SilverWolfblaze How on earth did you come to think the MC's name was Pole?

  • @TheZeroJoker I've been stuck for absolutely ages between Po and Pole.

And now, by watching the Kung Fu Panda 2 trailer, I have realised that it's Poh.

So I wasn't really that far out.

    Just a couple of letters . :)

  • @SilverWolfblaze Its not any of those either! It's Po!

  • @budblud Well..... Poh is pronounced 'Po'.

    Points for that?

    :L

  • love it so peacful u feel like ur melting

  • i love how po was the only comical relief, but also the hero. when he jumped in and saved shifu, i was relieved, and kind of wanted to cry with joy.

  • Po:Want to get something to eat

    Shifu:mmmmmmmmmmmmmm yeah

  • @ToooRobloxians1 its just 'want to get something to eat'

    'yeah'

  • i want the music of the practice of panda

  • lol I remember the ending...XD

    "Don´t die!"

    "I don´t die you id*ot!"

    xD

  • does anyone know the name of the piece of music at the start of the film when po is dreaming about fighting the thousands of enemies just before the furious five part? i really love that peice

  • @dragonrider2345 Yep, it's called ''hero'' by Hans Zimmer.

  • This was the piece of music i kept hearing in th movie! I loved this tune! :D

  • wat kind of animal is shifu?

  • @JaneeGeez Red Panda

  • @JaneeGeez either Red Panda or Desert Fox

  • One funny thing with this ultrasuperepicdunderochbrak-cool movie was how it mocked with other Kung-Fu movies :)

You know what I'm talking about, right? In most other stereotypical kungfufilms, the protagonist is adopted and never get to know his or her parents, and his or her master dies in an epic battle...Po's dad is a duck, and when he says "It's time I tell you something I should have told you, a long time ago..." I went like: Oh yeah, here we go again. But then started talking about soup xD

  • the serious pieces of music in this film are amazing and wonderful full of a rich variety of chinese sounds and some american mix, hormoniously done, glorious and brilliant tribute and expose of chinese musical culture, hans zimmer rocks!

  • I know

  • I wouldn't expect such a bueatiful soundtrack from such a funny movie..but this is moving.

  • Didn't Hans Zimmer also do the soundtrack for The Last Samurai? I may be thinking of a different person.

  • @ZenZudokai no its the same guy. he made lotz of different soundtracks from modern warfare 2 to madagascar

  • @ZenZudokai He did. And he did the Lion King and loads more epic soundtracks

  • Every Movie that I have seen where hans Zimmer does the soundtrack, I've had to go and buy the soundtrack to every movie that Hans Zimmer has had a hand in. No Exceptions.

  • its so similar to pirates of the caribbean, i love hans zimmer!

  • 1:48 pretty epic

  • Yeah

  • Me tooo

  • 100000 Epic stars ! the movie was awesome

  • This is a song that should be heard

  • Total awesomeness. :D

  • Wow in the beggining it sounds like Tai Lung met a partner but then after the flute and it's like a girl crane warrior aproches crane and they CEEBRATE!

  • Celebrate I mean

  • does anyone know what kind of music this would be..classical I guess?

  • Epic music- What they use for some games and Most action/adventure movies.

  • yeah

  • Yes, I love it at 0:39 it gets me going Like WOO HOOOOO

  • It's just film score, with a bit of Chinese instrumentation. But I agree with others who have commented that it is pretty epic.

  • okaay...who just went through and put thumbs down on everybody? -thumbs up everybody again-

great, great movie. awesome soundtrack. btw, its not just a film score w/ CHinese instrumentation, Zimmer totally GETS chinese music.

  • @AniRemi It's not just pretty epic,....its FREAKING EPIC dude :D

John Powel is good as well, but I adore Hans
