You should try making the chest using some aqua resin and fiberglass. It's very easy to do. It's just time consuming. I think that would greatly improve your costume. For the pouches why not try taking leather pouches and use white shoe polish?

fortlansing mentioned Studiocreations for scout armor... best choice for the price and quality armor to boot.Another would be Kropserkel .Another good choice but kinda pricey.
