hi, my evo 3d is 2.3.4. when i run sh mac.sh, i can't get the REMOUT SUCCEED message, from there on, it came with all the error messages.

o actually to be precise.. it says.

The exploit has failed.

remount failed: Operation not permitted

Ok I've finally rooted my Evo 3d with a Mac and will shortly post a video link but until then here are the instructions 1st make sure your device is plugged in to your Mac on charging mode and debugging is checked. 2nd open terminal if your not aware were terminal is search it through your Mac. 3rd make sure you have that file that is on this page and place it from your downloads folder to your desktop. 4th in terminal type in cd desktop then press enter after that enter cd then the name of the

Cant get it to work...when i unzip all i get is a bunch of folders that don't look anything like what s on your computer screen.you saI something about putting in a directory..could you start from where you open up the perm temp root folder?im on a mac

Ok I'm root evo4g, 2.2 , where can I get the 3d Rom from? I tried one from xda but it was a 2.3 v n it was acting up should I update my phone? Help plz lol

Thanks for the video! This is the only one that I've seen that tackles how to do it on a mac.. Im still a little lost because I'm far from a developer but I wanted to try it.. I tried to download the zip file but every time I click on the link the same page just opens. Please help I want my EVO 3D rooted!
