Man, that was very intense battle... and heart pounding! Entertaining to watch.
I remembered sweating in 3-4 minutes of dodging, counter, heal, and attack at the right time. I borrow "Kingdom Hearts" from my uncle's house back as a teen for 2 months. Was sweet to unlock the mode after a long awhile of game story progress, some where mid point.
I remember this being my level up method from 65 on on expert every time you kill him you level, fastest leveling up for me about 5-8 min a kill, I had ultima weapon before I fought him though. Blitz was like the only move i used, great Sin Heartless Angel preventer.
The first few times, yes. This is because you know that he is'nt going to be a run-in and combo type of opponent like most of the other enemies/bosses in the game.
Then after I got beaten 20+ times, the chills leave and fustration steps :D
Good match, though. I was loving how every time Sora hit Sephiroth, he was like, "Haha!" and "Hayah!" and "Yeah!" I bet that would have annoyed Sephy. xD I find it funny how you have the most epic battle that KH has to offer and at the end it returns to the normal victory music with Sora going like, "Take that!"
Cloud and Co. had huge amounts of trouble against Sephiroth, and here is Sora who's quite literally bashing his face in and dodging/parrying nearly everything Sephiroth throws at him.
Ah, I remember when I thought I could beat Sephiroth at level 40 with the Jungle King. Then I three hours later I was still screaming. xD I was level 100, had the Ultima Weapon, all the ideal bracelets and things attached and all elixers before I beat him. And it still took me two weeks. :(
what if you only needed to hit him one more time and you died ... that would suck

You can just tell as the fight goes on that Sephiroth is PISSED at Sora for getting his ass handed to him by a 14 year old kid.

I beat him for the first time ever. I did not let him finish using Sin Heartless Angel. I used Aeroga.

Perhaps you were preventing Sephiroth from attacking you. Or more likely waiting for your chance to attack.
